I placed an order for 3 mugs for mother's day. I put some of my son's drawings onto coffee mugs. Tammie was great with my questions and was able to get them done super fast.
I will definitely come to see Tammie for all of my customization gift needs.

HORRIBLE customer service! We ordered a custom-made Christmas gift and went to pick it up, only to find out they had forgotten it at their house. They told us, “Come back in an hour, and we’ll have it here.” We came back as instructed, but they still didn’t have it and didn’t even bother letting us know—despite having my phone number.

They said they’d give us a refund, but we were counting on the gift, and their lack of care was shocking. While they did apologize, they made no effort to make it right, not even offering something in place of the time they made us waste. To make matters worse, they compared themselves to a big store, saying a big store wouldn’t even apologize if something similar happened.

Apparently, they’ve never had to deal with an issue at a big store because, in reality, a big store would not only refund you if it was their fault but would often also give you a gift card as an apology.It was clear they couldn’t care less about their customers time. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.
