This party store had exactly what I needed for the finishing touches for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary party, including a cake topper, balloons, and numerous paper plastic lined tablecloths. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by the staff. I was carrying my little in her carseat and she immediately brought over a cart to set the car seat down. I really didn't know what I was looking for, except for the occasion. The owner brought out an album of balloon bouquets and arches. She was a great listener. I am very happy with the end result. The prices are better than the major grocery stores and much more personalized attention. It has been a week since the event, and the large balloons are still floating. Highly recommend!

I don’t know if it was because they were busy or what but I received terrible customer service on yesterday. I was recommended this place by locals because I do not live here and upon arrival everything was good until I started asking questions. The taller woman customer service was AMAZING but the short woman was very rude pushy impatient and kept interrupting me while I was talking to the taller woman. She was allowing others to skip her balloon orders but told me I had to wait, which was fine but she was very rude and bossy. 0/10 would not recommend. I’m glad I don’t live in this area because I throw parties all the time and I couldn’t see myself spending my hard earned money here! I did not want to give this place “one” star, but I had too!

Staff was courteous answered all of our questions. We set up a Saturday pick up time for balloons that needed to be blowed up for a party I definitely use them again

I was looking for FROZEN II and found everything I needed! My friend is also planning a party for her son and I told her they have lots of Super hero items and Paw Patrol. I was very happy with the balloon selection. They were very helpful and accommodating and I appreciate them helping get all my balloons and favors loaded up. I can tell they really care about their customers- I’ll be back for birthday stuff!
