I moved to the area nearly three years ago and one of the places I look for is a local florist and Bailstone does not disappoint. The owner Carol and everyone who works here are so considerate and kind. Carol remembers my name and my preferences and creates beautiful arrangements for me at fair prices. The best part is they have more than just flowers. There are cards, gifts, houseplants etc. This is one of my favorite local businesses.

My family and I would like to thank Carol, owner of Bailstone Flower Shop for creating such beautiful arrangements for my Mom’s funeral. I explained that I didn’t want the traditional funeral arrangement “look”, told Carol what my Mom’s favorite colors of flowers were, and that my Mom and her grandsons always referenced the moon and stars. The arrangements Carol made surpassed my expectations.

Wow! I've never had a florist call me to offer a better looking arrangement than the website stock photos! I ordered a basket, but she said for the price I was paying she would upgrade it. I got a better arrangement, and a keepsake container for my Aunt's Christmas! My Aunt called me, overjoyed at the beautiful creation. Bailstone Florists were the absolute best. We had a small wedding in the Hamptons with just our immediate family. Jackie really listened to everything I wanted before and helped me to understand how much I needed and what I should have. When delivery time came, I couldn’t believe how beautiful everything was. Their pieces were more incredible than I ever could have imagined. Highly recommend!

I initially ordered a last minute Birthday Bouquet online for delivery, but I had the incorrect address. I called Bailstone and the representative was as pleasant as can be, the flowers were delivered in short order and they were beautiful and reasonably priced. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My mom loved her flowers! I love this florist and we will be coming back. The shop smells amazing, and it is well kept. The flowers are beautiful and very fresh. The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating as well. There was an issue with the flowers I originally picked up, but they fixed it the next day, and even helped me walk it out to my car because my hands were full. I think the owner helped me.... I forgot her name but she had brown wavy hair. I really appreciated that and their service. 🙂
