All I have to say is WOW! MacKenzie Cruz is an incredible soul! We traveled to San Diego to visit grandparents with 3 kids (1 year old twins and a toddler). MacKenzie was soo flexible with us when we were worried about not having a crib for our Air BnB. She was so helpful in offering other items. She totally came to the rescue for us!

She is incredibly trustworthy and her products are meticulously cleaned and in prestige condition!
We rented the Bjorn travel crib, high chair, and Lincoln logs, and a baby walker! She also added an extra high chair for our other twin!

Is there a way to legit give more stars? Me and my husband traveled out to go to Legoland with our kids, forgot our stroller sitting in our garage, the baby carrier didn't fit our toddler anymore. I was ready to turn around when I stumbled across MacKenzie and she saved my sanity, she had a stroller ready within a few hours. She was an absolute life saver, and was super sweet and understanding about the situation. I will purposelynot bring my stroller next time just so we can be return clients for her!
