Aside from being a cute store packed with quality pregnancy, postpartum, and baby supplies - this store has been wonderful education resource from through my pregnancy to my newborn. We took their newborn care and breastfeeding classes while I was pregnant. When my baby came, I was really struggling to get breastfeeding established. Their lactation consultant, Rochelle McLean was so kind and helpful - I recommend meeting with her to all new parents who are interested. We will definitely be regular customers and taking advantage of more classes and events.

This small shop carries great products that you can't find in other larger baby stores. Most of our favorite items we've bought for our baby have been from here. Our most recent purchase was an UppaBaby High chair and it was the same price you can find online, plus they delivered it (themselves) for free. Amazing customer service and it's great having a store that you can trust to supply natural and safe items for your baby.

Cute things but offers no help with returns even for broken items. Which is unfortunate for the customer because their store is pricey as it is. Don’t hold your breath if something from the store breaks on you, you’ll be SOL

Normal wear on a necklace is not abnormal pressure. My daughter was wearing the necklace when it broke. I explained all this to the sales clerk working and was offered “email the company”. The store itself did nothing to find a fair resolution. This is not the top notch customer service that they try to present, definitely a facade. Buyer beware. I’d hate to imagine what buying a high ticket item is like there.

We ordered our car seat with Babies in Bloom which includes a very helpful car seat installation! The store is also so cute and all the classes/events are great for parents to be!

Rochelle was an absolute pleasure to work with in our breastfeeding journey with baby number four. With three prior breastfeeding experiences this time around threw me for a loop. After meeting with Rochelle we learned he had a tongue and lip tie. She offered advise (and explications) for us that gave our son immediate relief, he started gaining weight more quickly and was much less fussy! When we opted to get his ties lasered she was there for us afterwards. She made sure we knew the proper stretches to ensure his recovery went smoothly and gave us exercises to help strengthen his tongue and aid in quicker successful latches. The program she uses for communication is easy to use and her response times were impressive each time I reached out (even once while she was on vacation!). Rochelle has a special place in our hearts, and we will be recommending her to any friends who find themselves in need of a lactation consultant.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Babies in Bloom. It is our new favorite baby boutique! They have such cute accessories and an amazing line of strollers and car seats. They had the exact stroller we wanted and due to conflict in our schedule, we were unable to pick-up right away. However, they held for us! They were so kind and helpful in showing us various car seats and answering our many questions. They also have an online baby registry which is amazing! We can't wait to go back to purchase more baby gear!

I’ve been to the Babies in Bloom Store numerous times and have never had a bad experience until recently. I live locally in the area and work with children for a living so I like to see what is new and any sales going on. I also have lots of nieces and nephews that I loved shopping there for too but will no longer be shopping nor supporting this business after my embarrassing and horrifying experience that I had there recently. As I was looking around the toy section I was approached suddenly by the owner Rochelle, and in quote she says “Can I talk to you” and was taken a back because wasn’t sure what was going. She goes on and ask if I can talk with her in her office, which looking back now would have NEVER done because made me feel sick to my stomach. So when I get to her office she immediately starts to falsely accuse me of stealing from her store which is not true at all and says in quote “It’s in your best interest to not come to the store as often” which again was taken a back because I have done absolutely nothing wrong. And I told her you are wrong and have never stolen anything and then goes on to still put blame on me. Then, proceeds to say “When you touch something it makes you look guilty that your stealing something,” which at this point I was boiling up inside because I was again being falsely accused of nothing. She then goes on to mention “I don’t want you to get in trouble since we now have security, and basically putting me out to look like the bad person. Once the conversation that felt like forever was over I left the building feeling disgusted, assaulted, racially profiled, discriminated, and just utterly shocked that someone with no class could be so disrespectful, hurtful, and make my character look bad. Which anyone that knows me knows that I’m a good human being that only like to engage with positivity and support others. I never thought I would have to write a negative review to a store that I loved supporting but I don’t want any other person to go through what I went through. I will never step foot in that store again nor support people that make people feel awful for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I hope other customers will see this because no one should support a store that makes someone feel awful.
