Had a wonderful experience visiting here for the first time yestert. Great selection of trains and accessories especially for HO and N, as well as models for building etc. Received some great coaching and assistance as I revive an old train set and look to expand it with my son. Definitely recommend!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have helped me get the correct couplers and many other miscellaneous parts I needed. They also helped me get a DCC decoder and install it. There is a good selection of HO rolling stocks and locomotives and the prices are amazing

Talk about customer service! Totally new at the Hobby and the owner Mike has been nothing but AMAZING helping me learn everything and answering all the questions I have! Got my first "Starter" set and now I'm busting at the seams to add on. At 41 years old, I feel like I'm reliving my childhood train set but doing so with a high quality product! I'm SO excited to keep building and making my dream table and using my creativity to build it how I want it. I will be exclusively using B&G for all my needs moving forward. You just don't find customer service these days like Mike provides! Top notch for sure! Thank you Mike for helping me get into a new hobby that I absolutely love!!

Great hobby shop, but mostly a model train store. Excellent selection of HO and N scale with very friendly and helpful staff. It was out of my way, but for sure, it was worth the trip.
