We are road tripping from LA to Vegas to see Dead and Company. So of course we needed a guitar for the trip. We found mega pawn on Google maps and stopped in not counting on much. They had a huge selection of acoustic guitars. We found one of my favorite guitars at a great price and it sounds great and we are loving it. Got a soft case for it too so we can figure out how to get it home without too much damage. 🙂 They were very helpful. Great prices. Lots of selection if you’re looking for guitars.

I've been going to this place for a long time never had any problems till this new management and crew started there I've always taking my things in with Ray n never had a problem this new girl at the front has no idea what she is doing doesn't know what's real and what's fake the last 3 times I went it she embarrassed me n said my items were fake and she couldn't take them so I go down the street and everything was real and I was able to get a pawn one for 550 600 and 400 how they gonna have a air head like that working the front desk get better trained people to work for you she should be fierd little red head girl needs to go

Been a customer here for years worked with awesome people UNTIL TODAY! Whoever this Desmond person is definitely doesn’t know how to do his job much less talk to people especially LONG TIME LOYAL customers I’ve spent thousands and borrowed thousands at times always paid my past due items I went in and “BOSSMAN” who said he fired the whole last crew didn’t even try to work with me I was there to pick up 2 of my rings while dropping one off that I bought there a year ago I was told if I buy jewelry at that location I could get half of what I paid for it as a pawn and this guy look as me and starts being loud and on a high horse saying I can’t get half and started a rant as soon as I asked for the REAL MANAGER and REAL BUSINESS MAN “Raymond Amadeo” ray was tough but knew good business when he saw it and always knew how to talk to customers good n bad somebody check this guy and bring back RAY! I have thousands of dollars in jewelry there and at this point I rather let it all go and take my money else were where they treat LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMERs with respect! I drive from Beverly Hills to this location 100% because of the communication and good service Raymond brought to any location he was at! I regret it has to end this way but maybe the REAL owners can do something about this problem until then DONT come here there going to low ball you! Even if u paid $2500 cash for something at that store Desmond going to try and get down on you and talk crazy to you
