Very pleasantly surprised. As a female going into any auto parts or mechanic can be a flip on weather they will upsale because your female. The team here went above to make sure I got the best deal on a battery also gave me a curtesy diagnostic. No pressure to buy anything non necessary. Definitely coming back.

My truck died today due to a dead battery. Called the store and explained the situation and they did everything they could do to help over the phone. Went to the store to pick up the requested part. My truck is now running like dream. Would give 5 stars however, seems there may have been scheduling conflicts as there was 1 employee helping the mass of customers. She did an outstanding and job. Retain and promote her. I didn’t get her name, but I was there around 6pm.

Cassidy and Blake really helped me out when I had just arrived to Twentynine Palms and my check engine light had just went on. Turns out I needed a new battery and Blake changed it right there and Cassidy even helped out with a coupon. They were super helpful and so friendly and I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a pinch on a really hot day.

Always can get what I need and some of the staff are so helpful. This particular day I went the employee can and helped with my problem, as he did this, he was very much appreciated and I enjoyed his conversation with us. This guy was absolutely awesome I just love a people person
