Nice selection. People were pretty friendly. Register are was messy. But lots of deals to be found and some great prices. Cool place to browse and look for a treasure. The parking is kind of confusing, well gps was confused I don’t think the building was 🙂

Number one appreciate the fact they help local animal shelters, I also love shopping at thrift stores. The store was very clean and organized. They carry boutique ,vintage and everyday apparel among other treasures. So happy to have a new thrift shop in Round Rock.

Recently visited and was pleasantly surprised. I quit going to thrift stores because of the voucher vultures. This place is clean and well organized. The money going to fur babies is exactly what I love.I now have a place to donate where I know the proceeds will be used for their intended purposes. This place rocks.

Excellent selection- various brand's, sizes and styles. Super fun and hip environment-love visiting weekly there’s always something! Everything goes to good cause for the animals of greater Austin area. (Please don’t steal)

My husband was really impressed with a Pest Alive near us. We donate a lot of our gently used items. Today we ventured out looking for something specific. We choose to visit this Austin Pets Alive in Round Rock.

To our surprise we saw what we were looking for. To our dismay it apparently had just been donated. A young lady walked up to us and told us the items in the middle of the floor were not for sale yet. She stated they had just been donated. My husband jokingly said he would pay $20 for the item. The girl behind counter stated “No that would not be fair to the other customers”. Her tone was very rude and distasteful.

My husband is a man of few words, but even now hours later he keeps asking weren’t we customers. Isn’t this a Thrift Store where they are raising money for Pets? Wouldn’t it be first come, first serve (so to speak)?

She turned me off of EVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE.

Love this store and their mission! Items are reasonably priced but they frequently have sales (50% off, BOGO, and bin sales). I love their bin sales—$10 for everything you can fill up in a trash bag. Employees/volunteers are friendly.

Love this place. There are always treasures if you just look. The proceeds go to help my favorite 4 legged friends. If you are a pet lover or thrift shopper this place is for you.

So many great vintage pieces at this location! Got the cutest haul today for such reasonable prices!! The staff were also super polite and helpful. Definitely coming back!
