To everyone that might be confused about trying new things, I'm an experienced shoppee of multiple products, I often try new things, but I like to research first, and I hope to also meet a salesperson who has personal experience. This store met my needs!!! Hospitality, knowledge of the things they sale, humility, and offers a range of deals specific to my budget which changes periodically. The store is clean, the host are always eager to help, help you understand e stand the products and the risks, and ate just easy going people who are encouraging , experienced product testers themselves. Just the best experience from stepping in to walking out with a bag and receipt!

I’ll give them a lil 3… they the best priced in Hampton but they product suck! And they products dis functional. I bought my product back which didn’t function well and the will not help you what so ever . I got the portable hookas and i did not function well and they did not accommodate me in no type of way. Please be mindful when buying products from them.

I bought some U pass form them, I took a test and failed it. I called to see if there was a return policy. I was told no, I have the test results and tried to explain to their staff that there selling bad goods. The guy had an attitude, I'll never shop there again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE This Vape shop. The owner is amazing, he recently brought a tall guy in he's pretty cool too. They are very knowledgeable and have a Huge variety of stuff from quality vapes, Juices, hookahs, candles, Deltas, Gummies you name it he most likely has it.This place puts me in the mind of one of the bigger smoke shop in Los Angeles. Quality products and very reasonable prices. The store is always very clean and organized. You can tell the owner takes pride in his business and the customer service is always amazing. I have tried every vape store in the area and by far this is my Absolute Favorite.

I looked ALL OVER Jonesboro for a vape shop that had what I needed. I found Aurora vape shop and my search was over. They had the products I was looking for and then some! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. 10/10 would highly recommend!
