RUDE AND ARROGANT. Their merchandise is dusty and has been sitting there for years. There is no way they’ve been able making any money there. Must be funding it with their old money that’s why Barbara has never learned customer service or any manners whatsoever.

Terribly rude workers. Barbara is mean to customers who return but as soon as someone wants to buy something she’s all lovey. They rang me up today and gave me the wrong credit amount and I went back in and told them I was owed more money. They were nodding their heads and truly disrespectful and never apologized for under paying me. Unfortunately they don’t know how to do business.

Barbara in response to your comment below, no the store wasn’t full of customers. There were 3 associates waiting around with one other customer. The fabrications you are explaining is more disheartening to hear. Just a simple sorry would be nice. Just be nice to customers!

a true eye sore in the heart of Beverly Hills. hoarder's store with a bunch of boxes on the floor, and clothes from few years ago. piled up on the racks you can't even spin it. overpriced with rude employees who don't even bother to come up to you

Cute stuff, a little chaotic inside. Agree with the earlier review the staff was a bit odd and rude. Told me to come back for their annual sale that’s in January… but it was April… Is my money not good now? Come back in 9 months?! Bizarre.

I stumbled across this store and immediately fell in love with all the unique items they have. The staff was helpful, friendly and they went above and beyond for me. Excellent customer service. Products are pricey but well worth it. I bought my daughter her first walking shoes and they are amazing!! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Beverly Hills!
