Because of being lied to straight to my face and a phone that quit working before it was paid off. This review is for T mobile and the people that run it I’m giving 1 star.This location should not exist cannot ever get anything done there not even a T mobile store. And on another note the cell service is crap just stay with Verizon

Tanner is an amazing talented individual. When I walk in the door it's a great vibe and I have been able to purchase different items that range from T-mobile internet to speakers to household electronics, tickets to his concert, as well as help installing car audio. They also have big boy toys plus more. They help in every way possible. I really appreciate my time there when I get to visit. I always have a huge smile when I leave. The energy is amazing. I highly recommend going there before the others like Walmart or Walgreens etc. Thank you for all that you do especially the smile!!

Rudy installed a new radio in my car. It was professionally done. Sebastian quoted me a number over the phone for the install and he kept his word on what it would cost me. I was very impressed with their waiting room while the install was being done. I would highly highly recommend these people for whatever you need to have done. They are very very good people. I went there for the electronic parts. Owner pointed me to where I could find the parts I was interested in, as he was busy with another customer. However, he did send the cutest sales associate I've ever seen, all of about 3 years old. She chatted with me as I found the capacitor I was looking for. The owner then helped me find a momentary on switch, and I was set. Nice place; one of the last Radio Shacks left in Arizona.

The staff is courteous and motivated. Some of the staff lack knowledge in conversion from digital to analog, older electronic components, etc. This comes from it being in a small town. Business is jumping, the place is extremely busy. If you need anything for cell phone, rural internet service or car audio...... Audiovisions truly is awesome
