The staff here are so welcoming and lovely! Found the exact dress I was looking for and a few extra pieces I was expecting but really enjoyed how they looked. Store is well laid out and has a lot of great stuff. Would definitely come back here again!

The staff here was so lovely. I went in hoping in to find black leggings in a size 2 or 3X and was helped immensely by three (THREE) employees! The store only had two pairs of leggings in sizes that could work for me, but those three employees did everything to make sure that that was truly the full extent of what they had in stock. I could tell that they truly wanted to help me, and that matters more to me than they’ll ever know. I’ve walked past this location many times and not gone in because of the general anxiety that comes with shopping in-person while fat, but this single store has given me hope. Thank you.

I've never been a customer of Athleta so wasn't sure what to expect but I had a fantastic experience at this branch as well as the Sutter's one. The store associates were extremely kind and the store and fitting rooms were clean and spacious - the fitting rooms in particular felt very personal and chic. The associates helped me find an item and looked up the item at a different branch for me. The experience was so great - it reminded me how special in-store shopping experience can be compared to online!

If I could pick only one brand to live in, this would be it. It’s the ticket for the most comfortable, durable, stylish stuff ever. And the customer service is consistently on the ball—responsive, kind, oriented toward solution, e.g. they actually advertise that you can “test” it out, which is exactly what I did with a pair of leggings, pants, a top and hoodie. As it turns out, I did not need to return anything, but loved knowing that if I needed to, I wouldn’t get a hassle from them. Their products, return policy, service, ethos, etc. all of it is on point. I especially love this location because of their extensive sale rack selection.

Super cute women's athletic gear for running and yoga. I went there for the first time with a gift certificate but was really pleased with how attentive the staff were. They also provide 30% discounts to yoga or fitness teachers in SF, but you have to show 2 forms of proof.

My mother and I were very excited to go see what they had since we were in need of some new gym clothes. We spent about 20 minutes just looking for some damn parking and the first thing my mom says is " I hope they're not racist and start following us around," since we are Latino and this store is mostly approached by white people. We enter and are created kindly and we though "hmm this might turn out well." My mom spots a top she likes and we start moving around. We are then approached by another women who asks if we need help, surprising but not out context since it is a big store. I Kindly say no and keep looking, that's when my mother and i start moving about again and guess what happens next. A lady starts following me and somone else starts following my mom!!! What a surprise, NOT!! I decided to go with my mom since I could feel their breathing behind my back and then my mom noticed the same chick that was near me followed me. They didn't even try to be subtle about it!!! This is bs !!! My mother was fully capable of buying out more than 500$ worth of items in that store on the spot , just because we were dressed a bit messy ( it was between work ) and we looked Latina. it certainly wasn't a new feeling but it certainly irked our bones. Wouldn't recoment if you're a Latin or , black , or anything else bedside blue eyed and blonde haired. 🖕🏼
