❌ Bought a refurbished dell E6530 laptop from this business through Walmart, no hard drive, no Windows, DO NOT 🚫 RECOMMEND buying from this place. Check sellers when purchasing through Walmart. One minute after posting got a reply stating they don't ship without hard drive or operating systems. But proof is in the pictures. Returning to Walmart. Check your sellers from Walmart. Also check reviews and BBB complaints from sellers. Wow 😲 another email from seller saying, you are mistaken we don't ship without operating system installed. Ok so now I'm following everyone with bad reviews on this site. I encourage all my followers to check reviews and BBB complaints. Am not mistaken ❌

After having issues with a computer my son built and taking it another repair shop and it being there for a month we still had issues. I called ASN Depot and he was helpful over the phone . I took the computer in to ASN and the immediately saw a few issues . Left with them for 2 days. They were very helpful in explaining everything and fixed my sons computer . The machine is running proper now. I would recommend them for any computer repairs or builds.

Walmart had a laptop on their site. When I ordered one , a gentleman from the seller, ASN Depot, called to let me know that it was refurbished. Thanks to him, I was able to cancel my order immediately. These days, such courtesy is rare. If I decide on a refurbished model, I will certainly look at their offerings again.

DO NOT TRUST!!!
Not a genuine operating system. Windows was not activated. Business would not believe me that it was never activated. I contacted Microsoft support and they said there was never a license associated with the hardware. Business would not provide activation information. DO NOT TRUST! It shouldn't matter the order was made over 2 months ago, a business should have your back with the operating system. I only just now became aware of it because the laptop didn't pass inspection when applying for a job. If it ever was really activated, it should be no problem supporting a customer with reactivation. As I said DO NOT TRUST!

I just recently bought a Dell Latitude laptop for 169.95, I waited 8 days for it to be delivered to me and when I opened it up it was the wrong model and it had scratches all over it and it didn't even turn on. I tried charging it twice but it still wouldn't work. I called the owner and they promised me a refund once I sent the computer back to them and they never gave me my refund. Now they have the computer and all of my money and I have nothing to show for it. I will be reporting this corrupt business to my bank and to the federal trade commission for robbing my account. They took the money off my debit card on March 25, 2024 and they still have not refunded me the money and I have bank statements to prove this. I also have receipts and other documentation to prove this. This company is a fraud do not do business with them they will scam you like they did me and then they will lie about their dirty business deeds and blame the customers. They will dumb down the charges so they look innocent. This company is doing dirty business and needs to be shut down and needs to be held criminally responsible for all of its customers that it's scamming.

Do not, I repeat do not do business with this company they are major scam artist.

They ensure that your device is working and tested before they give it back to the customer, they also answer the phone when you call and assist you with any of your questions, what an awesome of a service these guys provide!
