I thought I already wrote a review on this interesting art store a while ago because I have been shopping here often. They used to have a second floor but seem to be only 1st floor for now. My dog also enjoys coming to the store also because they have treats. The store has tons of arts, craft, painting frame and more. Everyone always makes me feel welcoming and friendly.

Ran into this store at 8pm one day, trying to wrap a gift for my friends who just got married. Cooper and Matilda were incredibly helpful and passionate. They spent a great amount of time helping me wrap and dressing up my gift to make something really special for my friends. I can't thank them enough, this location is has cultivated an amazing staff.

came into "Artists & Craftsman Supply" Williamsburg the other day in such a sincere place looking for something as basic and genuine as paper-type info, hoping to find some more knowledgable assistance in the store, and instead of help was received with extreme condescension and aggression, despite being told that "my english was perfect".....

my instinct is to support local but after this incident, but the disrespect is astounding. such a pity we've been here for coming up on a decade....

Stopped by this well stocked and eclectic supply store. Cynge was insightful and helpful for my painting questions, and appreciate how this store is owned by employees, can feel the care in the service provided. Wil be back soon!

I love this place, they always have what I need. The exchange is always comfortable. It’s run by artists. They know their stuff and I’m happy that it’s close by. I called this my art home.

this is such a great crafts store in the neighborhood. they always have what i need for home projects like paint, picture frames, and any other doodads i randomly pick up for DIY projects. everyone there is kind and helpful. my friend dropped a paint container on the floor yesterday which broke the bottle and even though i insisted on paying for it and apologized for the mess we made, they cleaned it up and wouldn't charge me. A++ all around and thank you for being a staple in the neighborhood for so long!

It’s very small but that’s what I love about it, compared to other art stores this one has the best/most products n quality as far as paints, sketchbooks, and brushes. They have an abundance of things for such a small store 10/10

I shopped at the Portland, ME Artist & Craftsman store for years— I’ve been so happy to find that the Williamsburg location offers the same level of warmth and kind customer service! Taylor and Abdiel helped me find some leather paints this week, Bryn and another associate (whose name is escaping me, sorry) helped me with spray paint/acrylics recently as well. Everyone was so patient and they never make me feel annoying for asking advice about the products. I will keep coming back, because the experience reminds me of home 🙂 also the music always slaps. 10/10
