I would like to preface this by saying, I never write reviews.

I purchase online frequently and finally decided to go to an in person location. So, i’m here to tell you all the staff is absolutely horrific! I am questioning why they were hired into a customer service position when all they do is scowl at you upon walking in the door. When I finally decided to try something on I stood at the fitting room entrance while THREE staff members made eye contact with me, then went back to pretending to hang up previously tried on clothes. After helping myself to my own room, another guest walks in and they all immediately greet her, introduce themselves, and kindly lead her into a room.

The only time I was ever acknowledged was when a staff member made another girl ring up my clothes. She took me to the corner of the store at a different register away from people and didn’t say a word to me. I was so disgusted about giving them my money I immediately returned my items 30 minutes later. Do not expect anyone here to help you, let alone show you human decency. Never shopping here again.

I was in the store recently today and here are my thoughts. Let's start off with the good. Firstly, the clothes are very nice qnd and well made, a little expensive, but high-in. Secondly, I gave two stars instead of one because there was a beautiful women who helped me and was really nice. Eventhough she gave very salesman type vibes, she at least acknowledged my friend, who is a POC. Unlike the other women who I initially asked for help and reluctantly passed me off to the nice woman. Then, she slammed things infront of me and ignored my questions. Once I finished trying on my clothes and had a bunch of clothes to put back(mostly because the nice lady kept bringing me different thing to try on) I asked the bad tempered women where I could put those clothes as form to not make her work as hard. I work in customer service, I understand when you have negligent customers. She SNARLED at me and gave me a condescending tone, while she ripped the hanger out of my hands. She snarled at the fact that I didn't want to buy $2,000 worth of clothes. It was so bad that my friend, who is a male POC, mentioned how rude that was. I hope this review was helpful.

I’m not sure why the reviews on this store are so negative. I had one of the most pleasant shopping experiences and this was my first time visiting in store. They offered to keep my other shopping bags at the front, collected the clothes I was selecting to try on and stored them in the back while I looked, and I was consistently asked if I needed assistance. Everyone’s attitude was more than pleasant and accommodating. Yes the dressing rooms have curtains but they completely close the room and are very heavy duty. I was also made aware of the return policies on each item I purchased at checkout. This is a great store in my view after todays experience.

When I opened this page to review my recent visit, I was surprised to see less than absolutely stellar reviews as that was my experience today. Katie and in particular Brooke provided five star plus service in the Cherry Creek Store in Denver. Walking in the store I received prompt service. I shared my needs/challenges with Katie. She asked thoughtful questions to ascertain my needs. She brought Brooke over to brainstorm ideas and suggest options. From the moment I entered until leaving I felt that my presence mattered to every team member. Brooke was patient, friendly and professional. She provided helpful guidance. She clearly listened to and understood my needs and utilizing her product knowledge provided stylish options that surpassed my expectations. Much gratitude.

Really awesome store from Europe. Really great staff, cute clothes, organized, and really awesome stuff! What’s really cool is that they have an arcade machine! So, all in all, awesome place! Will be back! 10 stars!

The store is currently running a 20% off all purchases so I bought a few items. I went to return one of the items 7 days later (within the 14 day return window) and was told that I could not get refunded to my original payment method due to the sale. No where in the store did it say that items could not be refunded to original payment nor did any of the sales associates mention this at check out. Very shady that all purchases during this time cannot be refunded for anything other than store credit. I shop here often and commissioner services told me it’s my responsibility to ask employees of return policy before every purchase.

I’ve gone to this store a couple times and employees NEVER GREET me. I never leave reviews but it’s insane how bad their customer service is. A white girl comes in and they greet her with a smile but if you’re a person of color, you will not get help!

I’ve been to this location a few times and spend around $300-400 each visit. Why is it I have to hunt down an employee for assistance when there’s 8 staff members walking around pretending to fix clothes racks? Every employee I locked eyes with scowled back at me and darted off in the other direction. After about 5 minutes of trying to chase someone down I went to the register to ask for help. The staff forced to assist me looked like she was over it and at this point so was I.
