This was my first time going into an archery shop, and buying a bow. The staff that works here was awesome! They helped me out every way they could from letting me shoot a couple bows to explaining the differences and explaining the capabilities of each bow. I wish their website was updated with the brands they carry, as of 3/23/2021 they carry Hoyt, bear, Mathews, Bowtech, diamond by Bowtech, mission by Mathews,and a few other brands that I wasn’t interested in looking at with a few cross bow brands. The staff had a wealth of knowledge and are very friendly. Would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a quality first time buying experience as well as getting your bow worked on.

I took my bow here to get new strings installed. A quick turnaround but the customer service wasn't what I expected. I asked about getting help to set correct poundage and site in my bow upon pickup and was told how to do it and shown where the range was and not offered any help actually doing it even though I asked. They were too busy talking to each other rather than helping customers. I will not be back

I can only rate their customer service. After calling for an hour and getting supposedly transferred to the techs. I get left.. then I call again and no answer. I kept trying and finally gave up. I called another place called Bennetts in wetumpka, answered timely, asked me a few questions, I went there and got it fixed, if these guys are busy; the reviews mentioned they can be, I'd go to Bennetts. You will be pleased and they also are pleased to help you.

Bought a dozen Easton axis arrows last week. Arrows are fine but the inserts do not fit with the iron will broad head i am trying this year. I discussed with the guys working in there that I was using the iron will this year so I figured we were on the same page. Called this morning and the fella said they don’t have those particular inserts. Would have been nice to know that before I spent 200 on arrows that I can’t use. I’ve never left a poor review before but I think the “I can’t help you” type of treatment I received, is ridiculous. Customer service is suppose to be great here, but these guys seem more interested in hanging out with each other so I think I’ll let them for now on. Won’t be back

My son-in-law went to Archery Unlimited with a bow that he had recently purchased from a big outdoorsman shop in Birmingham. He could not get his arrows to fly right consistently. The people at archery Unlimited worked with him, corrected two set-up issues on his bow, and in less than 30 minutes had his arrows shooting consistently the way they should. The charges were very reasonable, and they were very personable. Go see these people!
