Staff is pretty nice. The place has good people to hang around. They have a very nice selection even if it is a bit pricy. There price return on cards is a bit low but understandable. I over all have been a customer for about a year now and it's great

Recently did business with them at Classic Game Fest in Austin; after explaining I hadn’t played magic in some time I went to buy 2 booster packs (Mystery Boosters) and was originally quoted $25 each, then at checkout they were $40 each. Again being unfamiliar I agreed, only to look up TCG player afterwards and see these were $17 packs at most

Very disappointed as I’d felt I could trust a dealer in the community to give me fair market pricing, or at least competitive.

I usually dont do reviews but the experince me and my friend had was horrible we normally go to the maumele location but wanted to check out the new location. However once we got there the staff were pretty horrible when we walked in they were literally yelling at the only other person in the store because there play style for magic the gathering. It got more awkward as me and my friend would begin to look at pokemon cards in the binder the staff helping us seemed annoyed at the 10 cards each me and my friend had asked for prices. So annoyed that they left in the middle of helping us for about 10 minutes whie we stood at the counter and just waited. Once the staff finished are pricing we were given ludicrious prices about double to tripple on what the cards should of been. And when we asked to see what the individual prices were the staff got even more annoyed and said he couldnt remeber that they were all the same. Im sorry but if your running a service where you have to check the value of the cards i feel like its not a big demand for the customer to see what the price is. I felt so awkward i went ahead and just checked out because i will always support local buisness. All in all i wont come back to their new location it was probablly the most awkward i have ever felt at a card shop and unwanted. The staff seemed to hate and be annoyed by us asking about cards (thier job) great selection of cards but horrible pricing i bought 7 uncommon pokemon cards to go towards my collection and was charged nearly 20 dollars after tax i went home and price checked and even at max price on tcg player it shouldnt have been more than 10 dollars. I dont know how they were pricing since they seemingly refused to show us the prices and just got more and more annoyed with us bieng shocked about that. Will defintley continue to support the mamule location but the Benton location i will not be coming back to

They have a good selection of inventory but they are overcharging on cards. They are charging 2$ extra a pack for newer magic sets and that really adds up when you can get them elsewhere for cheaper.
