I had an issue with my refund process due to a mistake by one of the cashiers, which required me to call and visit the store again. When I initially spoke to a manager, she seemed indifferent, which left me feeling frustrated. However, Adeleh, the store manager, turned the situation around. She was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me. Her great attitude and professionalism made me feel welcome again. Thanks to Adeleh, I’ve decided to give this store another chance!

Staff was actually friendly and kind. It’s a smaller retail Anthropologie, so I wasn’t able to find a specific item that I saw online. The only thing I have to complain about is I purchased many sale items for my upcoming vacation, and I wasn’t able to return the items that didn’t work out. I was only able to return a handful of things. Sizing is odd for some items. I wasn’t aware that some sale items were final sale and some weren’t final sales. Supposedly, it says it at the purchase, but it doesn’t say it on the receipt. I would have given 5 stars but now I’m out about $$$$.

They are located outside at the Valencia Westfield Mall. Great location to walk outside/inside the Mall. Every store is following California Covid requirements. A very safe environment to visit. The Staff at Anthropology are friendly and helpful. Well stocked and clean.

The staff here is incredibly cold and will ignore you. I came across about 4-5 employees including one who definitely appeared to be the manager and not one even greeted or smiled at me, just major snooty eye contact. I felt like leaving, but continued to look around at the somewhat boring selection out of determination. I do feel like I would have bought a sweater or two after wandering for about 30 minutes and attempting to convince myself I wanted something, but with how the customer service here is, why would I spend money or even worse, interact with the staff any further at this rate.

I've been an avid Anthro shopper for over 10 years and this is my first horrible experience with the company! This location has the RUDEST store manager and unprofessional staff. I purchased an item and LITERALLY the next day it went on sale. Sales associate and manager said I was unable to return the item and repurchase for the sale price because they claimed "All returns must be processed for over a week before being placed on the sales floor and allowed to be bought." I'm not even sure what that means other hand they were clearly lying and did not want me to repurchase the item for a lower price. I've worked in retail and corporate retail for nearly 20 years and have never heard of such policies before. Avoid this location unless rude retail managers and staff is your thing. I'll stick to online.

Make sure when you go to this store to check ur clothes mine had the alarm tag on it.... more than one hour drive for something they should know to do in the first place 👎 i called and get a stupid remark " i cannot go to ur house and take it off what u want me to do" just for that i am not coming back
