Incredibly lackluster sales people, standing around chatting instead of trying to sell, even with customers holding loads of things they'd obviously like to try on. I wanted to advise the tall brunette that she should really quit if she's so unenthusiastic about working.

Bought a dress here where the zipper was already broken. Clothes are cheaply made and overpriced. Tried to return the dress and they said no returns or exchanges. There was conveniently no manager or person present to make this right. Sold me a broken dress and did nothing to fix it. Will never shop here again.

This was absolutely... BY FAR..... The worst store with the rudest workers ever!!!! I couldn't believe the audacity one of the workers had as she proceeded to GRAB my bag, throwing FALSE ACCUSATIONS, and being COMPLETELY RUDE!!!! While in the store, my friend and I went to the changing rooms, and after trying on the clothes we hung them up in the changing room. The lady asked me how everything went and I said it was good, then she said , "so are u going to buy something then" very rudely and almost felt pressing to try and get me to buy something. I responded with a polite no and thanked her. My friend had also told the woman that she had hung her clothes back up on the racks and the lady said ," that's G R E A T" really sarcastically so we left and got ice cream, however I went directly across the street while my friend went to nice cream. When walking back towards the store near nice cream the lady ran out of the store and grabbed my bag rudely claiming ," I know you stole something from the store, give me your bag I need to look in it" and then after she saw I STOLE NOTHING, she then didn't say sorry or anything but turned around and left. I really was not looking forward to spending my weekend being HARASSED by a very UNPROFESSIONAL worker. She should be fired immediately. She is mixed with curly brown hair, she is tall, skinny, with freckles. I will never go back to that store because of her. And I advise EVERYONE TO NOT GO IN THAT STORE.

Lorraine is the best in customer service...whenever in the area, make sure to see her first and she'll give you the best breakdown of the store and the community for that matter. Great boutique with a variety of selection for that spiritual and bohemian chic in you. On the lower end of price for the Abbot Kinney Strip.

I bought a beautiful sterling silver ring from here. The prices are reasonable. The astrology candles are great, but a bit expensive. The staff here can help you. I now have a beautiful ring from my time in LA
