BIG. DUCK. ENERGY! The Anaheim Team Store exudes Duck fandom and has some incredible merch for all types of Duck budgets. I forgot my sweater and bought a cool Ducks sweater for an OK price lol. Could prices be a little cheaper? Of course.

That being said, this store has everything! Shirts, jackets, stuffed Wild Wings, hats, pins, and obviously JERSEYS! The team store has a specific section where you can buy your jersey and customize it accordingly. You can add your name or the name of a player!

The staff my family and I encountered were super nice. The attendants had a smile on their face and treated EVERYONE nicely. One of the girls at the register was fantastic!

My favorite part of this store is that they partner with local artists and diverse creators to produce excellent official Ducks merch.

The Duck's team store is one of the best stocked that I've ever visited. We were there to buy a puck with the team's logo as a memento of our visit to Anaheim but I left impressed by the range of products a Duck's fan has available to them. They are a good example for other NHL teams of how to do it right.

Nice merch, but followed us around the store… refused to let my 7 year old use the restroom after purchasing a couple items and spending 500$ on tickets.

I love the team, but I consistently get terrible service both in person and online. This is the second year in a row I have preordered a jersey, only to have the jerseys be available in person BEFORE my preorder is fulfilled. Literally the 2nd year in a row this has happened. Very disappointing.

We showed up during business hours and all the doors were locked, we called the number listed and it just rang and rang. There were others there as well trying to get in and shop but nobody was able to

Purchased an item through the Website.
Their customer service is pretty bad and everything is run through a Gmail account. My one interaction was not very friendly.

The item was out in a shipping bag which did not have any protection so the box was damaged and dinged. No point in having it as a collectors item. Would not buy online from them again.

Poor communication when ordering online. Pay for 2 day shipping and it sits for 4 days after the label is created then send it to the wrong address after you contacted them a momth before the item shipped to change said address they confirmed then proceeded to send it to the original address 9 hours from where you live.

stopped by this past monday morning 4/6 and this is one of the nicest nhl team shops i’ve ever been in but definitely has the worst customer service. my friends and i were the only people in the store and not a single employee working could even acknowledge us and say hi? it felt like we weren’t supposed to be there the way employees just stared at us walking throughout the store. Almost put my things down and left because I didn’t feel like I was welcomed to buy them until an employee with dark hair and glasses said hi to us and he asked if we were doing okay. but I assume he must be new since he’s the only one there with a personality and knows customer service.
