It's kind of a long story. I was going through hard times and got a title loan from Alabama Title Loan. I got behind on the loan, and my car was repossessed. I contacted Alabama Title Loans to let them know I had gotten the money to get my car back, I go and pay them 2300. I called the first repo guy, and he informed me my car had been taken the before, and it ultimately ended up here. Mind you, this was all in a week. I had until the 17th, but my car was gone on the 13th. I contacted them and was told I had until 3 pm that 16th to pick it up, I told them I was on my way! I'm 2 hours away. I get there they charge me 110 for storage and tow. Of course I pay because I want my car! They shredded my tag and got rid of all my paperwork in my car, not to mention i was missing a touch screen system for my, which was in my trunk. I truly just wanted my car back, and I got it. Ms. Wendy was kind and easy to do business with, but as a whole, I felt like something else was happening. Why would you shred my tag? And get rid of my vehicle registration and tag receipt. Just my personal information . I'm still trying to get my tag. So, all I will say is, God dont like ugly, and you will definitely reap what you sow..

I had a very disappointing experience with America’s Auto Auction in Birmingham. I purchased three vehicles online and when I called to process my payment, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in customer service. I believe that if you’re in a role that involves interacting with customers, you should be friendly and helpful—especially when those customers are bringing business to the auction. I hope they take this feedback seriously, as it reflects poorly on their overall service.

Stay away from this fly by night auction. They sell mostly junk and do inaccurate condition reports. When a vehicle has hail damage they do not put hail and just multiple dents among other reasons. Most dealers bring vehicles here for a reason that have major issues and sell as green light. Then by the time it's picked up, you're stuck with a piece of junk. There's a reason why I'll only trust Manheim auctions from now on.

Stupid location hours of pick up are switched from 7 to 6 pm. If you come after hours they offer to pay some lady to take the cars out for a fee, such BS

Whoever this dude is in the picture below is he’s very rude. I was walking towards the entrance and he comes flying in on a car almost hitting me I said slow down and he slammed on breaks then went to park so I walked to the shop and asked for help for guidance to a worker there and he walks up to me and he says what did you say to me do you wanna say it to my face …? So very rude needs to be fired immediately

I have been a customer of this auction since 2007, ever since I got my dealer license. We have had a cordial business relationship. In many things you have to be careful since no one takes responsibility there. But today I had a problem that thanks to my quick action I was able to solve, but they call me and say that they are going to charge me for 4 cars that I bought but I had only bought 3. I explain to the lady that I only bought 3 and she names them for me. To which there was one that I was sure I had not bid on. I ask her what line she went through and she didn't know and I asked her to please check the cameras because I did not bid on that car and she insisted that I buy it. Finally they check the cameras and I am not there at any time!! What bothers me is that if I do not insist that I do not buy it, they charge it ACH and it is my problem and no one knows where the car is!! Be very careful!! I don't know if it was a mistake or what but the insistence of the person who told me you already bought it makes me suspicious!! Unfortunately I will not be able to do business with people who try to deceive others.
