Seemed like a decent plus but they basically stole from me so I won't be back. Came in for a new tip for my seahorse pro 2. Was shown a tip that I was pretty sure was for the 3 and wouldn't work on it but they insisted it was the correct one. Brought it home and sure enough it didn't work. Looked it up and it clearly said it didn't work on my device. They don't accept returns so after insisting it was correct and it wasn't I was stuck. They offered to exchange it when they got the correct ones in and took my number but it's been a few months and no call, also I went in to check after a little over a month and was told it was weird it wasn't in yet and they would call me. So I'm just not gonna bother going back. Wanted to support my neighborhood spot but that's just not it. Decent selection otherwise and decent on price so it's a shame but at least it was a fairly cheap lesson.

Just offer returns for things you sell that are incorrect and then never used? Especially after the customer is assured it's the right part. I don't know, but I'm not entirely interested in something like store credit in a store I don't believe in. I wish you luck but honestly just not for me. I need security in my purchases.

Best customer service I have received from this amazing shop! They have an amazing CBD and Delta 8 selection. I came in to pick up a grinder and was super happy with my purchase. The clerk running the counter did an amazing job which to me means alot because I'm also a Clerk myself that runs a gas station. We had great conversation and it is a good vibe. Don't miss this place!

Not only were they helpful in fixing a piece of mine, I was treated very well by the staff member working that day. She is a genuine woman and it made the experience I had that much better! I love being able to discuss pieces and learn about glass I wasn't aware of before. Thank you THC for all your help and kindness through the years of being a customer. 🙂

This is such a great little shop, a gem of the community. Great selection, always comes through whether I need a downstem or a whole new piece. I can stock up on papers or grab fuel for the torch while I am there. Grab a couple humidity packs for your flower and treat yourself to a vaporizer for a whole new experience.

I tried this place 2 times. 1st time I liked it, guy behind the desk was helpful,
Then I went in a 2nd time on another day and the guy behind the counter was lazy and made it seem like I just interupted his phone time. told him what I was looking for and he didnt seem like he wanted to help or make the sale so I left and went to my normal spot THE CAKE HOUSE.

sucks because the place is well priced and in the same parking lot as the detail shop i am always at.

Guess its good if you know what you want but service is not up to par.

Great selection with very fair prices, and the staff is super helpful. Carrie (not sure how to spell it) is the coolest person you could ever hope to serve you! Have been going here for several years, as have a lot of my friends. No one has ever walked out that door unhappy with whatever they got.

Great place, friendly staff, and their employees tip their DoorDash drivers! You should definitely give them a fat tip if you buy your stuff here! I’m gonna check it out again next time I’m in the neighborhood
