I love that I live in Chico CA and have "THE STORE" close to me! I love RC crawlers. I bought my (Axial)SCX6 there, and they have the upgrades that you need when you invest in an expensive RC like this. Even though the upfront cost is a chunk of change, you should understand what you are getting into! At least half of this truck is upgradable and the aftermarket parts are amazing ? If cost is an issue, I suggest you don't get into it. But, for enthusiasts like me, it's awesome to have a store AND the supplier of the store in the same town!!! ?

Tyler took care of me on my recent order with a return-less refund. That made me realize why I continue to shop with Amain Hobbies. Saved me a trip. In 2021 they did the same thing when I bought 8-10 tires for my Maxx and Slash VXL 4x4. 4 didn't fit due to traxxas oem mods and they still refunded me the money ams provided a return label. My local rc hobby shop in houston sold me some nitro slash tires (I don't own nitro) and refused to exchange or return. Which is why I spend thousands at Amain Hobbies!

Very bad service, it does not intend for Mexican customers to have access to what we need from your store. They do not use DHL to ship our orders. Only conventional mail and that takes a long time, more than what a model airplane designer is willing to wait for.

The most nefarious and disgusting thing is the attitude of RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.

I hope they don't lose my things, or tell me they got lost on the way, I want my refund since they are unable to send me my things by the shipping method that I need.

I've been out of R/C nearly 15 years. So much has changed. I've started to return to the hobby as my children now want to race. The good people here at AMain Hobbies help me with questions, parts and advice. I always get a reply to tech questions and other than a few times out of stock I've started dealing with them 90 percent of the time. Tower Hobbies web site search has gotten terrible and unless I call really can't find anything. Thanks AMain Hobbies!

As of right now, I’m not impressed by the service. I had the option of paying a little extra to receive my rc’s sooner than later, before I head out of town. When I ordered it I was happy to pay the extra shipping so I could take my rc’s on the road with me. Nope, that’s not happening. Won’t be here till a day after I head out of town. I called to see what’s going on and they told me, that’s what our system shows. I told them that’s not what your system showed when I decided to purchase the extra shipping cost to receive it earlier than the original date. If it’s not going to be there before I head out of town, then why would I pay the extra shipping just for it to wait 3 weeks sitting at my house. I wanted it so I could enjoy them on the road. Guess that won’t be happening. Also I could have just went into any store and picked them up…. But I was told by many people to get it here. Yup, not listening to people anymore. Bad experience. Not even an offer to refund my shipping cost. So . I say stick to in store experience if you can. I mean if you need a RC by a deadline!
