I showed up right before the store closed and everyone’s tired and ready to go home and the staff was great! Helped me out with a return and I headed over to look at the track not expecting to be able to run since I had driven 4 hours to get there and all my stuff was thrown in the back of my car. The local club guys gave me batteries to run, and transponder and helped me set the gearing on my buggy. It was the best 2 hours I’ve had in the hobby in 15 years.

Ordered an RC car online, shipping was fast and exactly as anticipated. The shipping did not update for a couple days but I think that is more on UPS tracking then AMain. I live in the Sacramento area, ordered on a Thursday and showed up on a Monday. That’s pretty reasonable considering the weekend. I will order again.

Great store. They just got into this new building and I wasn't able to check out the indoor tracks because of an event. But overall good physical location of AMain

Terrible customer service all they do is stand around and talk. My husband goes here an spends hella money and they can't go and gets the parts for u because they are just standing around talking and they make u wait 30 mins to an hour. They need better people who knows what they are doing and better customer service. Wish they let you go into the warehouse by yourself so u can get the right parts u need. Need better people.

Great RC Supply store fast on shipping and Great RC Tracks
Update... went to check out the new facility and get some practice laps in.. the new facility is outstanding they have the hobby store, dirt oval, on road - off road carpet, crawler and drift track all under one spot. In the world of rc this place is top notch! KJ would be proud
