Went to check out some ski boots last minute right before close, was worried employees would be grumpy that I was showing up so close to closing time but Sam and Nicholas were there to greet me and help me out. I love this store. I feel like they have a decent selection of brands and outdoor gear. I have spent way too much money here over the years. They also have a good online store and can exchange or return items to the physical store. All the staff I’ve met here have been really nice.

I was gifted a pair of shoes and the person did not give me the gift receipt. They let me exchange for the correct size without any problems. The customer service is definitely amazing.

Al's is superb! It is a little overpriced in some areas such as fishing, but has great prices in other departments so shop around. I really like this place though. Alot of variety even though it's a bit smaller than some bigger stores. I highly recommend this store!
