Great little shop. Staff is very friendly and they wait times aren’t too bad, at least compared to other stores I’ve been to.

Best gun shops in the valley prices are worth the drive. Website makes it easy to search for guns and ammo in stock, which makes it nice when you like to shop at night online. Definitely will be continuing to go to Alquist arms along as their doors are open

Been coming here for over two years. Everybody is super helpful, friendly and patient. Yes they can get busy but bare with them. Their prices are very competitive and have not taken advantage like others with price gouging with this whole ammo and firearm shortage.

I have bought many handguns from them and now my first AR. I am always shopping here. Every visit has been a positive experience! Thank you Alquist!!!

I bought my first gun here when I first started in the gun world in 2015. Bobby was helping me and answered all my questions and helped me as a new gun owner. I had a great experience here and I bought more guns and ammo from this shop. I live in Merced and I never mind making the drive over here. Best shop in in the Central Valley!

What you get when the owners are there and care... Excellence. Best web store (accurate inventory), best pricing anywhere in the valley and Bobby and the crew are always friendly and informative. Just don't visit on Tuesday unless you like a party - or do.

I am only giving a 4 star because of their short early hours , I really wish they wouldn’t close so early as I live in Turlock but work daily in the Bay Area so it’s hard for me to catch them by 6 pm to just look around or shop . If they were to stay open to atleast 7pm that would be awesome lol as traffic sucks on I-580 and I hate going to Modesto to gun shop !!! They do have the best prices around the area and they are very friendly and helpful even though they might be busy with other customers at times .
