I’ve always had great and friendly service until today. I’ve never had an issue purchasing anything within the store and because I didn’t know where the vape room is the guy working said sorry I can’t get you the Vape Bar if you haven’t been here before. I’ve bought multiple items at this store in the 4 yrs I’ve lived in Alpine without being questioned or treated rudely. I guess I will take my business somewhere else.

Love going in when Billy is working! He is such an AWESOME guy…great customer service, super personable, and knows the products!!! Definitely recommend going in when he’s working…Friday and Saturday….the other lady I’ve seen the past two weeks is not very friendly and doesn’t know the products like Billy does ! If you need advice on what’s the best product go see Billy…he’s always got a smile on his face and a genuine response with any questions!
