Order and shipping was fast and easy. My pickup experience was TERRIBLE. An older lady with glasses was handling the online orders and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I went in prepared with my confirmation email printed and in hand with my order number ready. I’ve been through the process before. She talked down to me and acted like I was bothering her. It’s your job to handle the pick up orders and your getting paid to do it, at least have a positive attitude and a smile on your face instead of ruining the rest of my day with your bad customer service.

Due to covid you cannot enter the bookstore. All transactions are done through a window, 1 or 2 people at a time. DO NOT feel like it will be a quick trip,in and out... I waited 2hrs in line... and am not even sure if I have the right books...

The facility looked very clean and tidy. It was very easy to locate books. The cashier was very friendly. I wished prices were lower but that is college for you.

AWFUL assistant manger (Joan Shea - older lady with glasses). Tells you one thing over the phone but when you get there it's the complete opposite. It amazes me she works at a college, let alone an assistant manager. Would highly recommend she sign up for English classes to learn how to properly convey the CORRECT information. Ultimately walked out and will not be back. Will be getting my books elsewhere from now on.

Tania was nice and helpful... The other two women were rude (white and chinese)women. Had an incident with a book, returned it accidently to the library and once she got a hold of the book she asked me if i can read correctly since i didnt return it to the bookstore. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

Books are organized by author last name in alphabetical order. They are no longer organized by class/genre. Online in store pick up orders require the last 2 digits of the order number and the last name.
