I am not one to write reviews, but as of today, I will never spend my money at this store again. The customer service is abhorrent. The cashiers lack any sort of care with the items being purchased, have the opposite of any courtesy or kindness, the store outside is littered with garbage, and items I have recently purchased are rotten/inedible immediately after purchase. Normally I spend several hundreds of dollars per month at this store, but will now gladly pay significantly more for cheeses, crackers, hummus, salami, etc. at Stater Brothers because there the customers are appreciated and assisted with kindness.

I grew up with Aldi in the Midwest so I was stoked to see a new one come to the high desert. I will say, the staff at this location aren't the friendliest, but I still like their prices and selections of unique items and everyday staples. However, lately it seems like there's been a lot of expired products still on the shelves, so make sure you're checking expiration dates before checking out because I've caught myself with several items in my cart that had to be swapped out. Also, don't forget to bring a quarter with you to unlock the grocery cart!

Come on Aldi!?!? It's time to retire your dumb quarter for a shopping cart policy. How many real people carry quarters anymore? Store was great. But, we only bought what we could carry.

I saw several employees being rude and almost running into customers instead of saying excuse me. One of the cashiers was extremely rude to elderly customers and storming off and throwing a temper tantrum in front of all the customers would not recommend going here again. Is what I would say if it wasn't for the cashier who checked me out she was polite and apologized for his vary unprofessional behavior.

Just like when I was a child growing up in Germany all the good chocolates, treats and snacks for a killer deal. I love this store. Staff is friendly and responsive, helpful and prices are insanely low. Best place to shop in town.

We were surprised to see an Aldi in the Joshua national park. We just grabbed some of the requirements for the trip ahead and also some of their special stuff on offer such as pans, throws etc. we had a good experience with the staff and the shelves were well organized. It’s like any other Aldi store.

First time at ALDIs. Prices are great and quality of the fruits and veggies is better than other grocery stores in the area. Cassidy on the other hand had a little attitude towards me because I didn’t want to swipe my card until I seen the total from my transaction. In her words it made her job easier if I scanned my card before she was done scanning my things. She need to respect the customers and not get an attitude because she doesn’t get her way. It would of made my job easier to bag my own things if she didn’t throw my bags under all the things I bought. Again it was my first time there so I didn’t know they do not bag for customers which is not a big deal. I just didn’t like how my bags were thrown at the bottom of my things and the need to dig for them. She could be a little more thoughtful of placing the groceries carefully in the cart.
