Met the owner, Johanna, and she walked us through all the different types of premier strollers there are and their purpose. Showed us what pieces are compatible and what crosses over. They even have a mini catalog they've made to do a comparison. It is a lifesaver!!! Highly recommend for new parents. They have UPPAbaby, Nuna, Bugaboo, Stokke, and so much more. Also lots of fun gifts that are not baby focused as well.

I just had a terrible hysterical person assisting me on the phone with the order that I’ve made with the store 2 weeks ago that hasn’t yet arrived.
The worst customer service that a pregnant woman can imagine. Personal should be better trained on how to speak with the customers.
The confusion was with the fact the shop recorded my name, despite the fact that my husband was buying the stroller and paying for it.
Furthermore, in stead of validating the last name, which I have also provided in the beginning of the call, the representative (I didn’t ask the name, but it was a male) raised the voice and spoke in a very triggering manner. Literally screaming into the phone as if it was me who lost his order, not the other way around. I was already annoyed and that manner of speaking definitely did not help.

When finally my order was located, it turned out that there was no mention that I’ve ordered a home delivery and they’ve delivered a stroller to their store.

We recently visited Aldea with a few questions about our Cybex stroller, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. The store is beautifully arranged, showcasing a wide variety of high-quality children's goods that cater to every parent's needs. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Jessica.

Although we didn't purchase our stroller from Aldea, Jessica treated us with the utmost care and professionalism. She not only helped us with our questions but also took the time to assemble our stroller, ensuring everything was perfect. Her expertise, patience, and genuine kindness made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

We like many are guilty of not writing enough deserving reviews, but our experience with Aldea & the team has left us inspired. Our whole experience shopping and learning with them has continuously left us in awe. The passion and knowledge the team shares goes above and beyond expectations, and we feel lucky to have had Aldea as a resource.

Not only did we find the majority of what we were looking for, but we were even able to book a car seat installation appointment, where you are shown, and then guided to install/uninstall the seat. In all honesty, without this guidance, us doing this alone would have involved a lot of frustration, likely ending in worry as to whether we did it correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Again, thank you for the continued impressionable experiences that we will share with others. You make preparing to be parents feel so much better and we cannot thank you enough. We can't wait for our next visit.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent encounter my husband and I had at your store.

We visited your store to purchase a stroller. We received assistance from one of your employees, and it was already placed at the cashier for payment. While we were managing our son and approaching the cashier, we were unexpectedly approached by another store worker who insisted we leave within two minutes, citing the store's closing time was 6PM.

It was disheartening to feel rushed and pressured, especially considering we were in the process of making a legitimate purchase. The comment that "here in California, we let our employees leave on time" left us feeling unwelcome and we left without purchasing the stroller.

As customers, we understand the importance of respecting closing hours, but it seemed unreasonable to be chased out while actively trying to complete a purchase that was initiated. We believe that a more considerate approach could have been taken, given the circumstance of finalizing a significant transaction.

The store is cute and carries many items so I see why people would end up there to buy baby items in SF, however there are places that sell the same things and employees actually speak to customers respectfully.

We value our shopping experiences and hope that this feedback can contribute to a more customer-friendly environment in the future.
