Keto Diet choices:

serves 3 to 6 people

Sabzi Kookoo quiche mix,
Sabzi Ash soup mix, and
Sabzi Polo chicken mix,

Instructions are on each package. Mix water in can-like package, let it soak for an hour, add any additional ingredients, pour into pan and cook as directed.

I find covered on low heat works nicely for about 30 minutes to an hour if patient. Higher heat and 7 minutes and flip for 3 minutes works. But the texture isn’t as nice and consistent.

Roasting onion slivers and sour cream to garnish adds diversity in flavors and texture.

An excellent non-keto soup/stew:

Nice store, kind people that work there, good prices, and wonderful Afghan food. It was my second time I went there and order Afghan Burger and the test was Amazing.
