Love this store, the people are nice and helpful. For a small hardware store, they almost always have exactly what I need whether it's electrical, plumbing, wheels, pest control, welding, random nuts, bolts, threaded rod etc.. I'm there almost everyday. Prices are slightly higher than the big stores (the ONLY reason why I didn't give it 5 stars), but that is to be expected. However for me personally, it evens out because I get to save money on gas. Long story short, this hardware store is awesome, and as long as I have money burning a hole in my pocket, you can find me there.

The staff at Lamont Hardware Store didn't display the professionalism I expected. The older cashier seemed more interested in her phone, and another staff member, a man, was less than helpful. The subpar service coupled with high prices has discouraged me from planning a return visit.

More of a local general old fashioned kind of store. Very full . Messy . Unkempt though for the small town needs seems ok.
