Conveniently placed inside freehold raceway mall. My kids love Abercrombie brand .. nice quality … dresses last long . Very nice brand . Is a little expensive though. Not much of sale too, In this mall. Service can be better .. parking is crazy in this mall. Lots of food options in this mall. Wish they had more sale .. and reduce price a little . Overall it was a ok experience.. 👍👍👍

The store was messy, but I'll excuse that under the premise that it's Christmas. What I won't let pass is the attitude that the store manager had when telling other customers that the store was closing. There was no warning to customers that the store was closing. She simply approached multiple customers and said, "we're closed now. You need to leave now." I'm sorry Reagan, but customer service is not your field, get out before you really get in trouble.

The bigger blonde girl working Monday morning November 7th should be fired. I greeted her and nicely asked to try on items and she didn’t even say a word to me. No hi, no sure. Nothing. Just walked over to open a door and walk away. Keep in mind it’s 10am and nobody else is there so it’s not even like it was crowded. Unreal. If you’re miserable working in retail then quit

The Cashier on this store is a racist i tried to return and re order again and she rolled her eyes and pretend did not hear what i just said, looks like she doest love her work and her etiquette to serve the customer are not acceptable.
Manager should be responsible and be an example but i didn't see that no response at all such a racist store

This location is nicely laid out, and the staff are helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find them, but generally they're around. There are a lot of dressing rooms, and it's easy to navigate the store and know where everything is. It's right in the main hall at the Freehold Mall.

I was at abercrombie a few days ago and we were shopping as a family while my wife was trying on clothes with my daughter I was shopping with my son, the child was tired I found a place to sit and rest when an employee of this store came up and asked me to get up from this place, since this place is not designed to sit there, but at the same time they did not provide such an opportunity where you can sit down and relax, the employee of this store is very unsightly, she approached us very uncivilized and lifted us up from this place my child complains that his legs hurt well, my brother still told her that the child’s legs hurt and he wants to rest, she says that this place cannot but is intended for sitting there, I think that this is incorrect in relation to customers, to put it mildly, no approach at all there are no customers in this store won't come again my family won't go my friends won't come my relatives no one will come to this store terrible service
