If you want to feel like you are going to GME with your trade in this is the place for you! Went to a different shop and was given more than double on trade in. The owner I more than likely to ban you than be responsible! Had he even just given a fair trade in u would have still bought his 20% markup over market on the cards I needed. After this experience I haven’t heard anything good about this place. And right after this post I was BANNED! Oh no so terrible

Every employee is incredibly knowledgeable in everything they carry. All are friendly as well. Randy keeps prices fair and hosts many events for people to come together and play games. Everyone looks out for each other. If they know you’re in search of a specific card, they will let you know as soon as they find one. This is a well-run, top-notch establishment!

My partner ordered online and went in to pick up. Arrived at store and was told the order was cancelled. They were saying the order wouldn’t be filled because of the price, explaining that the market price was higher than what he was selling it at online. Then messaged saying he’d offer a job to anyone to help keep up with the fluctuations in prices. We felt the situation was false advertisement, so a report was made to the BBB. We mentioned the refund from the order had not come through yet in the BBB report, because it had not. We did not press that concern but that could have been easily explained by bank processing times (no biggie). However, we later received harassing messages from the owner about our report and how we falsified the report about the refund. The message ended with my partner being called an abusive customer and banned. This was when the card store was still in Carbondale (~May 2023). Was searching the internet, hoping to see improvements but only reading similar reviews. Customers beware.

Buddha, randy, and Travis are the best!!! Always great service and extremely welcoming and friendly. They are always willing to work with you on prices and even with top dollar on trade or selling your cards. All you have to do is just ask and they will drop everything to assist and work with u. This why I will always keep coming here and drive 35 mins from home and pass other shops to do my business with A2Ztcg

Randy has an excellent selection of cards and inter memorabilia, knows his stuff well across all the games he carries, and has always been fair to deal with, on both the buying and selling sides.

100% Recommend A2Z TCG, and even if you’re an hour or more away, they’re worth the drive.

Excellent collection of Pokémon singles at prices comparable to TCGPlayer (lots of really valuable cards too). They have a PC if you're curious about certain cards and prices not on display, but the employee was very friendly and helpful. Some video games and collectibles. Would visit again if I lived in the area!

Never a bad experience. I've bought from and sold to Randy multiple times. A2Z TCG is a great place to buy cards. They are great people and have friends here @ Unique Geek in Herrin.

Edit: within a few minutes of placing this review, Randy reached out to me to help get everything cleared up! As is the case with many local card shops, this is a pretty small operation in terms of number of employees which can sometimes cause things to fall through the cracks. Turns out the shipping option I selected wasn't adequate for my order (which is actually the cause of this delay), but they are going to take care of it for me. I will definitely be ordering from A2Z in the future!

Placed an online order with A2Z on February 2nd and got an email within a few hours that my payment was received. I have tried calling multiple times (had to leave voicemails) and reaching out via email and haven't gotten any response. I'm hoping this is just a case of a misplaced order, but it is getting frustrating having no answers. I crossed out my order number so it isn't available to everyone on Google, but can obviously provide it if needed. Please reach out to me regarding this order. Even if it has to be canceled, I would rather do that than keep having no idea what is going on with it.
