Very rude owner! Bought a Simplicity vac from him an it didn’t work on my carpets. Took it back next day and the guy working had no clue how to return my money. Had to wait 2 days till the owner was there. He was mad when I walked in the door to return it. A charged me $100 restocking fee. Me an my family a friends will NEVER use this business again!!!

This guy’s a clown.

Dropped off our sewing machine for repair. I attempted to explain to the repairman what the issue was but he blew me off and told me to just leave it.

After waiting 3 weeks, my wife called to ask for an update. The owner told her he hadn’t attempted to diagnose the problem, that it was so out of time he just put it to the side to work on everyone else’s and he might look at it sometime in the future. I went to pick it up and he was a complete jackass.

Took it to All About Sewing out in West Mobile. Within a week, the very polite repairman called me to talk about the problem so he could diagnose it. He informed me that the machine actually wasn’t out of time and had it repaired within 10 minutes. He only charged me a $25 diagnostic fee. When I picked it up, their repairman literally came out from the back to shake my hand and thank me for saving his time by giving a precise description of what the issue was.

If you’re looking for a capable repairman and not wanting to deal with, or give your money to a jackass, go somewhere else.

He fixed our Dyson vacuum in a timely manner, and it is still working great!

Hours ar 9 am till wentby at 10 nobody there. Called Tuesday 11 am. No answer. Took it somewhere else. They said it was not cleaned when we last paid for it to be done. Terrible place
