Absolutely Amazing Service at A Baby Naturally!

I had the most incredible experience here yesterday! I purchased a Wonderfold wagon yesterday, and Carolyn and Sue went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything ready to go. Not only did they assemble the wagon for me right there in the store, but they also put together the car seat adapter, snack tray, and weather mat—then took the time to walk me through how to use everything.

As if that wasn’t enough, they helped me get my kids to the car and even loaded the wagon into my trunk! Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly made my day. Shopping here felt more like visiting a friend than just making a purchase. If you’re looking for top-notch customer service and an incredible selection of baby gear, this is the place to go! I cannot recommend A Baby Naturally enough!

I have four children and numerous other babies to buy for. This place is my number one go to! All the items are high quality and the staff is super knowledgeable/helpful. I could live in this store! Love when I “have to” go back!

If I could give zero stars I would! I made a purchase over the weekend and specifically asked if a certain item I purchased could be refunded if it didn't fit and they told me yes. I found out when I went to return the item that I couldn't get refunded I could only get a store credit. This is VERY misleading!!! I live in Washington State so I highly doubt I will EVER be back in this store! I understand this store is a small locally owned store but you need to POST YOUR "RETURN" POLICY!! Very disappointing!!

Mar is always so pleasant and helpful with finding all the sizes needed to outfit my growing brood of grandkids. 🥰 The clothing, toys, and book selections are always the BEST. I am always able to find baby gifts here for every occasion. This is the best children’s store I’ve found!

I absolutely adore this store! They have the best clothing for babies, and I love the amber necklaces, I had one for my son and regularly visit to purchase them for the babies of my friends and families. Lisa has created an incredible shopping experience and her staff are caring and helpful. They are so knowledgeable about cloth diapering and baby wearing, I love the ability to rent wraps from there. My only challenge is not being able to get everything I would like to from there! Thank you for having such a great place and offering such high level service!

What a great experience! I had driven by A Baby Naturally many times and I finally stopped in because I wanted to get a gift for my niece's newborn baby. What a selection! It was hard to decide. Mar went above and beyond to help me select just the right thing. She even gift wrapped my purchase! This is a wonderful independently owned store with lovely merchandise, and Mar was great!

My favorite store for baby and toddler clothes! They have a fantastic selection of boutique clothing & the pricing is much more favorable than some other local stores for great quality clothes. The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions or needs. Definitely a local business we love to support!
