Been shopping here consistently and so far I’ve been very content with the guest experience. Rarely do I leave any 1-star reviews or comments unless it’s warranted. This is one of those times.

First, I got my item and waited at the register for a while because the attendant was doing stuff and oblivious that he had a customer in front.

Secondly, by the time he checked me out, I made it very clear that I have a 10% coupon that I wanted to use and that I wanted to input my phone number for the reward. He said to me, “that the rewards will be processed at the end of check out” assuming once I put my card and the CashApp POS will apply the discount.

It didn’t.

He should have let me to put in my phone number and then it will show the 10% coupon which I can apply BEFORE the payment/checkout process. In short, I got ringed up for the full price without the 10% discount I intended to use. By then it’s too late, I showed him the text I received that had the 10% coupon code so that he can input it but he just assumed that the discount will be applied during the checkout process.

What made it worse is that he didn’t know how to reverse the transaction to correct the process, and then he said to me “Oh, do you want to just save it for next time?”. I took my item and walked out and told him, “Nevermind, the coupon expires in two days”. How am I going to save a coupon that has an expiration date?!

What frustrated me was that the cashier was really clueless on how to use their POS system to amend the situation. And rather than call a co-worker to help, he just brushed it off to tell me to “save it (the coupon) for next time”. Really no accountability on his part. And this actually is the second time this happened, but the first time it did, the cashier at the time resolved the situation, and just gave me the balance of the discount I was supposed to get.

You guys really need to train your folks on your POS system and find ways to mitigate transactions seamlessly rather than just brushing it off.

I want to sincerely apologize for the previous negative review. I wanna say this company has done nothing but work very hard to deal with my issues and expedite my order in a timely manner then they done nothing but amazing work, amazing figures, and an amazing price you cannot beat that with a stick.I will be back my son can wait to crack open that box of model kits

Great place to find imported and domestic collectibles at as close to retail as you can find. Great staff at their in person store and super friendly. They’ve become my regular store when it comes to getting collectibles!

The team at Toy Arena are great. Have never had a bad experience with these guys. They make the experience fun, they are always willing to help me find something if I can't find it. The shop is always stroked with just a ton of product and the shop merchandising is great. Really gives you a feel for what to expect from the product selection. I can't go higher then 5 stars but if I could I would.

Great store for anything model kits! They have SH Figuarts, Transformers, anything Bandai does. Show room is insane, forgot to take pictures, but trust me.
And they have a spot in Frank and Sons.
