Been coming here for a couple years now and I’ve always enjoyed the wide selection they have to offer. The staff are friendly and attentive. I had a problem with my ps4 hdmi port at one point and he had it fixed in less than three hours, it was amazing! It’s been working perfectly ever since. The store is pretty clean and organized and I always feel super welcome when I come in, and anytime I can’t find something I’m looking for, they do their best to help me find it. I recently bought Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Black Myth Wukong here and the games are AWESOME!!! I wouldn’t listen to the bad reviews, it sounds like they just want to hurt the store. If you’re looking for a great selection of old and new games, I definitely recommend this place. It’s always my go to when I need to feed my nostalgia, haha!

I highly recommend this place, They were very accommodating, especially with it being the holiday season. I dropped off my Xbox and PS5 for repair that another company weren’t able to fix. Bee was able to fix and have my devices ready same day. Thanks again, you gained a lifetime customer.

This is the best game store I have been to in my 30 years of gaming , they have always treated me like family. If you need anything related to games or systems, please give them a call. Ask for B and you will not be disappointed

Very disappointed tbh. Well I had two ps5 controllers to get fixed, and my friend had switch controllers to fix. I had a purple controller and white controller, for my purple controller the “X and O” button weren’t clicking and my white controller die within 1 hour, and had a drift issue. I clearly told the counter guy that my white controller have battery issue as well. Here is what they did to me, on the day when I went to pick I clearly asked the guy “was my white replaced the battery”, and he said is all good to go and the batteries are replaced. So when I got home testing my controllers, the purple controller shapes button were cracked inside of it, and the white the controller still had issue battery. So on the next day I took to the store. I saw the same guy but he lied to me saying “ nobody mention about battery issue” so such a bullshit that he didn’t add that to the receipt. My friend was there and we both explain everything clearly. They started playing drama again. Now they are asking to pay $15-30 for battery replacement. At first I payed $40 for both controllers. This was total messed up from their fault. Ima be honest I can’t trust these places for controller repairs. Well I have returned to them to fix my white controller for the battery issue, idk wtf they gonna do it. But I didn’t express my anger to them and I am tired of these services, very bad!

This is store is great. Buying games is great, but their greatest selling point is their repair services. They can repair not only new game systems like the PS5, but they can even repair older systems (controllers included), and even broken Gameboy Advanced games (warranty included).

I thought this place was great. Very friendly atmosphere down-to-earth honest. I brought my scuf reflex FPS controller in thinking that the left trigger was not working properly. Come to find out, the controller was perfectly fine my mind got manipulated because Modern Warfare 3 between the settings and the game in this big reality was at fault and not the controller.Bee kindly took the time took apart my controller diagnosed it and was perfectly new and functioning as it could be out of the box, not to
mention he didn't even charge me for anything it's not even that it's just the fact that he was super professional and nice and if I could recommend anyone to get any other electronic toys fixed this place is where to go. Thanks again BEE! Five out of five easy! I'll be back if I ever have any problems of some sort again.:)

They fixed my Xbox hdmi port that I messed up over a year ago.. to this day it still works. I went to other businesses for quotes and those places said it would be a hassle to fix, better off buying another system as they’re unsure they could do it.. I came to game play they fixed it in less than 24 hours.. so fast forward to now, I just had to come back and give you all your props because even a year later I’m still satisfied with my purchase/repair. Just leaving review to say thanks again for having such reliable business that didn’t cost me a arm and a leg and actually continues to work..
