I called a week in advance and explained my situation. They said they could take care of me no problem. Just went in and they said there's no way for them to take care of me. When I asked for a manager 2 people said "I'm the manager". The lady then said "I take full responsibility, we were wrong". Then she followed with a rude "Merry Christmas". I hate Turners!

Service sucks, got a number and then they couldn't figure out who was next cause they weren't using number system in place, then while there's a line of people, they start BS'ing with customer friends instead of trying to attend other customers waiting. Also was given attitude. I got other options. thought I would give them a chance, but service has sucked last 3 times I've been in. Won't be spending money here anymore.

I have stopped by this store before to satisfy my curiosity, and just as before I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was interested in the firearm section where I looked at various products, as I was shopping for myself. Due to the help and multiple opinions shared by all the staff I was introduced to my next purchase. Which I feel very confident I've the right decision. I look forward to returning and venturing around the store to marvel at what else they have to offer. I will definitely be making many more purchases in the near future.

It’s the central valley of California. People are courteous. They let you have a parking place when you both arrive at the same place they don’t cut you off and TRAFFIC it’s just a different mindset. Much like the Midwest. Turners is in an ideal location in the central valley, right off the 99 freeway. The mall also has a habit, Smart and final and a couple of other stores. It’s a great location.

The people working with the firearms are knowledgeable and are helpful instead of just telling you what you want to hear I would recommend this place for first time buyers and longtime gun owners

A couple weeks back hubby and I bought a pellet rifle w/scope attached from Sportsmans Warehouse. The gun counter guy was too busy to help us so we got the fishing dept guy. They wouldn't site-in the scope so took it to a gun shop where we discovered the bracket was bent and unusable. Back to Sportsmans for a refund where we were treated VERY poorly. Took our $ to Turner's in Tulare and found nearly identical rifle better model for a few $ more. Well worth the few dollars more!! Customer service - MARIA CHRISTMAS- was friendly, helpful and far easier to deal with. She greeted us at the door and took the time to answer our questions, show us other models, and gave us the feeling that we were valuable customers. I will most definitely be doing future business at Turner's!

First, I'm pretty sure they're using their deposits for handguns as bonds. Put $400 down waiting on a gun to come in stock, after I waited twice as long as they'd said it would take I finally decided to go refund it and go with something else. I tried working with them on getting something similar, which they assured me they didn't have. Walk in to make the return and low and behold, one of the guns I was asking about that they told me multiple times wasn't there, was sitting there. I asked how long it has been on the shelf, and it had been long enough for two different sales associates to assure me that they didn't have it. Feel like they wanted to keep my money without actually delivering any product so they could essentially double their money on one sale.
Secondly, worst ammo markups I've ever seen even with everything going on. Almost $1 a round for 5.56 in bulk. 420 rounds for $400. Comparatively sportsman's is selling their 1000 round cases for $550. Regular ball 9mm going for $26 bucks for a 50 round box, compared to $18 at sportsman's.

I don't know if my situation with my deposit was intentional or if they just have the least educated, least driven sales staff I've ever seen but either way the experience was enough to make sure I'll never set foot in that store again.
