Amazing place to pickup gear for outdoor activities around the park, we picked up some bouldering gear for the day.

They went above and beyond. We had a flat tire and they not only pumped it up for us but offered to take us down the road to fix it and recommended us a place to get it sorted.

Great selection for climbing gear. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable of different pieces of gear and their pros and cons in specific niche contexts. They even had printouts for recommended routes depending on what you're looking for. Great shop!

Nomad is a legendary climbing store serving Joshua Tree. Anytime you need anything asap while out in the monument or indian cove, this is the place to look. Among new gear, they also have a box of used climbing shoes.

Stopped in here a couple times while visiting Joshua Tree to climb. They have all of the normal climbing clothing, camping gear and basic climbing gear that you'd expect. They also had some stuff (like Totems) that I don't see everywhere, and some aid gear that I barely ever see in retail stores. I was really impressed by their selection.

The employees were also super helpful in choosing climbs in the park, plus finding restaurants and questions like that. They were super friendly as well.

I came in for a pair of shoes for bouldering/climbing. Within the first 15 seconds of entering I was greeted by Cole and was asked what I needed help with? He immediately took me to their shoe section and went over any question I had. me by going over various sizes and functionality to find a beginner's pair that I was comfortable in. I'm sure they'll have anything you'll need
