Nick and Stephi are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay. The amenities were great, the property was clean and maintained, and the neighborhood overall was pleasant. Its rare to find a rental with trash, water, gas, electricity, internet, and cable all included in the price. And above and beyond that, they ere flexible with our move in and move out dates. And even more, they gave us a discount for being military. 10/10 would recommend Blue Sky Resort.

My wife,son,dog and I stayed here for 35 days. From upon arrival the property manger was very respectful, polite and helped us get our 2bed room house for the time spent. Everything worked great and was completely furnished and even had WiFi! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for short to long term stays in Twentynine Palms. Also had a pool and laundry facilities on site which was a extra bonus that helped us feel at home. Great prices, great employees and amazing houses for rent. You will feel at home your entire stay.

This place is excellent for filling in the need for temporary housing while waiting for base housing to sort itself out. They have furnished units and a pool and laundry on site, and the rent covers all utilities and is payable month to month. They even allow pets, and the pet fee is less than half of what we have paid in the past. The window A/C units are adequate enough to keep the small space cool, and do a great job of keeping the room cold at night for sleeping. We are in one of the two bedroom units with 3 kids under five years old and two dogs.

Hello my name is Alfredo A. Newball Jr. I was definitely grateful in being able to have a chance to stay at the Blue Sky Resort. This was my first time ever being located in Twentynine Palms and it has helped me tremendously as a location between my every day work and being able to relax as I am stationed here in the military. I have been here for 2 years and it has been excellent stay. The staff is very helpful and the cottage was comfortable along with the furniture upon my arrival with all utilities and cable provided. The flexibility of month to month paying relieves burden of not being locked in for so long when you are uncertain in the military that you could transfer at a moment notice. Helped me adjust real quickly and I hope to come back again in the near future when I am relocated back to Twentynine Palms. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I stayed here for about 2 months, but would have stayed longer if I wasn't transferred. Christy, the Manager is extremely responsive, available, and focused on customer satisfaction. The prices are the price is the best around, and includes everything, such as electricity, cable, wifi, water, trash, etc. There are laundry facilities on site. Cost is comparable to on base laundry mat, but this far more convenient. The pool is popular. Its quiet, even though I was near to the pool. The location is close to the base, extremely convenient. Nick is the Maintenance person, and he is competent, and I'd feel safe with him fixing anything in my home, at any time. Christy, the Manager, (in addition to the details previously written), has a very warm and friendly personality, she genuinely cares about the renters, and her leadership makes Blue Skies feel like a warm and welcoming small town community. That's very hard to find these days. Also, one of the few places that allows pets! I've never heard a dog bark while walking through the neighborhood, and it's very clean. My place was clean, and had a brand new, very comfortable queen size bed. Also these monthly rentals, have a low deposit compared to other places, and this organization supports the military and veterans. Ask about the military/veteran rate.
You'll be happy you did! In summary, outstanding Manager (did I mention she is available 24/7) and Maintenance, homes are affordable, convenient, clean, pet friendly, and a super great option for military, and contractors at the base.

We have had the pleasure of being here for the second time. The cottage that we have stayed in has been more than enough to suit our needs. The pool room has a pool table and other such things to keep your kids and yourself entertained.
It also has a laundry facilities and is pet friendly so everyone in your family can be here with you. I hope when you have to leave home you can come to Blue Sky Resort it's a home away from home.

This place is an excellent affordable option for military families waiting for base housing. Utilities are included, pets are welcome, staff is friendly and helpful. There is a pool and the rec room has games and a few toys that the kids can borrow. Even the pool has toys for the kids to use while staying. I highly recommend!!

The cottages are nice and comfortable, it's very reasonably priced (especially if you're military) and the staff are absolutely wonderful people. This place is great and includes all the basic amenities from water to internet. Even comes fully furnished with bed and bedding, fully functioning kitchen appliances, and a laundry room located at the center of the complex next to a swimming pool. My husband and I absolutely love it here.
