This store has so many unique gifts from Beyoncé candles to Taylor swift birthday cards, I’m so happy I found this place! Honesty with so many little gift in Santa Monica that are gimmicky and mass produced this is definitely a hidden gem… no I mean they also sell gemstones and crystals here. Claudia was very sweet and when she saw me picking a birthday card she asked if the items I was buying were gifts as well, and she wrapped them up for me. Really cute store with kind people working there.

This was my first time in the store. I was walking and the atmosphere of the store brought my attention! The owner and one of the other person working there her name is Claudia were so kind and approachable. The store is beautiful colourful I like the feeling of it! It has really nice things you’ll find something that you want or need for sure. There’s art, housewares, clothing, books, games, tarot cards, birthday cards, etc. highly recommended! I’ll be back soon.

Lucky Penny General store is a gem in Santa Monica. It's more like a home goods store, interior design style. Lots of home accessories. A mix of modern and nostalgic. The store is well lit and designed. Browsing is always fun and Claudia is the best. She also has great food recommendations nearby. I always go by for the classic candy machine. Worth considering when buying gifts for family and friends.

I happened upon this, new to me, boutique while running errands downtown Santa Monica. I love gift shops. This little boutique does not disappoint. They have books, cards, clothing, and other gifts. The merchandise is reasonably priced. I was greeted with warmth by the person working there. I will be back to purchase more items.
