Not sure how else to get support. I’ve tried contacting support online and filed 2 product quality complaints and no response in 2 weeks! This is a brand I expected better service from and am quite disappointed. I wanted help on a pair of pants that became discolored.

One of the sales girls was pretty mean and declined my repair request, which was accepted at another store in LA. After reading the comments I guess we might be talking about the same person.

I recently called the Abbot Kinney Store to see if they had a bag in stock that was sold out online. I was helped by Brandon, who told me they had one left in the warehouse showing on his computer. (btw, I called another location first who referred me to buy it at a third party company who had stock) I was hesitant to order with him because of the low stock but Brandon told me the computer was usually right and we should order it and he would keep and eye on the processing. He even expedited shipping!

The customer service that I received from Brandon was above, over and beyond. He tracked my order, sending me texts and keeping me up to date. Brandon was going on vacation and told me he informed his manager of the purchase in case I needed to reach out- he even checked in with me when he got back to see if I liked the bag. He was polite, friendly and provided stellar customer service. I think they are lucky to have him! I highly recommend giving Brandon a ring or a visit at the Abbot Kinney location SOLID A+.

Walked in on a whim and was greeted by Carly. Can I just Say, even though I didnt End up making a purchase, she made the shopping experience awesome! She brought me like 10 different pairs of jeans bc I didnt Know my style or size and was so gracious! She didn’t pressure me to buy anything and was just a really sweet sales associate. If you decide to shop at RnB on AK, def make sure to ask for Carly!

Unacceptable Service and Misconduct at Rag and Bone

My experience at Rag and Bone was not just unsatisfactory, but it bordered on unethical behavior from their staff. As a customer who spent $250 on a pair of jeans, I expected a level of service commensurate with the premium price, but was met with the opposite.

The central issue began when I tried to return the jeans that did not fit properly. Aware that I had removed the tags at home, I was seeking a bit of flexibility or at least understanding from the store. Instead, the situation quickly deteriorated due to the conduct of the customer service associate.

In a baffling turn of events, the associate attempted to confiscate the tags from my possession, claiming that it was store policy to do so in such circumstances. This claim was not only false but also felt like a deliberate attempt to prevent me from seeking a return or exchange at another location. When I questioned this, the associate doubled down on this misinformation, exhibiting a concerning level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

Furthermore, the associate's baseless accusations that I had worn the jeans, coupled with her attempt to take the tags, felt like an unwarranted personal attack. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also seemed to question my integrity as a customer, which was deeply unsettling.

The lack of empathy, flexibility, and the resort to deceitful tactics was shocking. This incident transformed a simple return process into an ordeal where I felt disrespected and treated with outright suspicion.

To conclude, my experience at Rag and Bone was not only below acceptable standards but raised serious concerns about their staff's ethics and customer service policies. It is a cautionary tale for anyone considering a purchase from this establishment.

We buy clothes online from rag & bone regularly and up to this day our return experience was good, but today the staff refused to accept the return due to tag not being attached. I get it its our fault but they didnt make an exception that this happened for the first time neither offered us a store credit. I guess they absolutely dont care about the loyalty and we will never buy anything from them ever again

It's a gorgeous and roomy space, but one of the employees there was incredibly rude. I asked her for help and she said that she couldn't because the store was too busy and that Saturday wasn't the best time for me to come if I wanted help. Umm...I was a customer. Also, it wasn't very busy, and there were like 7 employees just walking around, looking for something to do, her included. If you go, you're on your own! The employees are not there to help, that's for sure.
