What can I say, the moment I walked into Zumiez on Saturday Nick greeted my son & I. Told us all about the sales. Helped us find all the sizes we needed, really listened to my son & how he wanted his pants fitting. Explained to us how they have different loose fit pants.
IF he didn’t find in store (which he didn’t stop till he did because it said it the computer they had one left) that he would order for us online.
Very professional, outgoing, friendly
THANK YOU 😊 You don’t see enough of this kind of customer service now a days.
I had to go back Sunday because the shirts were too small, Nick helped us again, such an easy process, he exchanged everything for us & found everything online. Didn’t have to do a thing.
The whole crew Saturday & Sunday were incredible

This is just a rating on Cole’s and other employees customer service. Cole was extremely helpful in all the ways he had the ability to be. He put my deck together at the very end of his shift. He even let me tell him about a skater everyone needs to know if they’re going to be working a skate shop. There was a girl with orange and blonde colored hair who was UNBELIEVABLY helpful over the phone. I really liked the employees they have there.

I went into this store on 02/08/2024 I just wanna say the customer service is A1. I went in with my husband and we felt very welcomed and comfortable in the store. There was a cashier in the front, white female, orange/gold hair, winged eyeliner, slim, about 5’7. She is the ishhh! She was so dope and she was playing music on her phone on the store speakers and I made a funny comment to my husband and said “I hate this song, im so tired of it”, she overheard me and changed the song asap and I apologized bc I didn’t know it was her music playing and she said “no worries I want to make the vibes chill here”. She is awesome! How cool is it to have someone so kind and welcoming at your store? Makes people wanna go back and definitely buy! Anyways, give that girl a raise!! Lol

Best place ever to get clothing for young men and Women & girls and boys juniors and children For great Prices. These are the only clothing my son will wear including Shoes. I used to get his skateboard too because he can get all the things he wants on his board. I just went there last week and got him some summer tops great prices. Buy 1 get 50% off Another item So this will always be my go to store

Its a super cool place. The clothes are high quality and so are the boards and the customer service was super good. The workers are nice and they help you with what you need. I got a board and the lady who helped me was super nice and gave good advice for building my next board in the future. Go there

Hurt my leg leaving the store yesterday, since they had a table which wasn't even a foot tall, stationed in the walkway. My foot got caught underneath it, which caused to trip as me hurt my leg. You should set up your store better, safety should not be a problem for customers in your stores. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Just left after purchasing a penny nickle board for my youngest son, and a sector 9 long board for my oldest son. Luca (the sales associate) was a great help and had us in and out in no time. We really appreciate good custoner service and will be back for any needs our kids might have.
