I usually don’t write reviews, but after this recent visit, I feel compelled to share my experience. I came back to this location after a few years, hoping for the same great service we once enjoyed. However, I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of two employees.

Not only did they completely ignore us as customers, but when we tried to address the issues, they were defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive. It was clear they were more focused on defending their actions than assisting us or addressing our concerns.

It’s frustrating because we returned with high expectations, only to be met with rudeness and indifference. Unfortunately, it seems that these employees either don't care about their job or don't know the importance of good customer service.

We will definitely not be returning. You lost customers forever! It’s a shame because we used to enjoy coming here. Hopefully, management can address this and ensure future customers don’t have to deal with the same poor treatment.

Warm welcoming atmosphere with Amazing customer service. I was looking for a Crossbody purse and couldn’t find what I was looking for until I saw what one of the employees carrying what looking for. She went above and beyond to find me 2 Crossbody purses at amazing prices.I’ll be back soon.!!!

Ti Funn

Imagine preparing for a trip to Bali, Indonesia, and stepping into the Guess Outlet in Vacaville, only to find yourself followed by a staff member throughout the store. Despite having visited 39 countries where I've shopped, sometimes for professional purposes such as researching historical information, I returned to California to encounter suspicion, unlike that which I faced while traveling. The persistence of anti-blackness within the Spanish and Portuguese communities remains evident, as I recently experienced during my travels to Portugal and Spain.

Regardless, Abercrombie and Hollister came to my aid, providing sleek, thin shirts for my trip. However, after this experience, I vow never to enter a Guess store again, regardless of the country. Good job team.

I had a really bad experience at this store. They staff here is super rude and i experienced it more than twice. The trail room is always a problem. And the clothes they put on clearance doesn't even have 50% off🤷🏻‍♀️.

Guess Factory Outlet is for the perfectly proportioned person. All their clothes are high quality and stylish. If you're not fit and toned, the clothes won't look good on you. They do carry trendy pieces for men, women and children. There were plenty of skinny jeans, tight fitting logo tees, sweatshirts, sunglasses, watches, purses, dresses, crossbody, shorts, button down shirts, denim and shoes available. I would recommend that the Guess Factory Outlet stock apparel for real women and men. Not having everything that needs to be tightly worn.

I love the deals and cute shirts from Guess at outlet prices. I have been to the Vacaville Guess Factory on multiple occasions, dressed up and in casual clothes. The staff always treats people like thieves which makes me uncomfortable to experience and to witness. I'm fine with counting items to go in a dressing room, but considering the prices on the items, a little friendly courtesy would go a long way.

And even though the sell kids items, children are not welcomed, but instead spoken to harshly and told not to touch items (that's my job, if needed).

I was able to order a shirt from the store to be shipped to my home for free, because they were out of a size. Thanks.

Since leaving bad habits behind and gaining weight(in a good way, and I needed to) I could no longer fit into my old clothes and had a big event to attend. It took a minute but I finally found the perfect jeans that accentuate the curves I now have. I see that styles from the 80's are back.

Good looking clothing and accessories. Their designs are very trendy. However, the price competition between stores here at the outlets are very competitive so a lot of people may be put off.
