This place is exceptional in terms of customer service as well as the bracelets we got. We got two bracelets and the women helping us which I think was the owner was beyond sweet, helpful and genuinely a nice person. She went above and beyond for us including offering us water and giving us chocolates when we left. It even smelled good in there! There were many styles and options to choose from even at the lower price range of things. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for permanent jewelry AND being treated like royalty.

I had the absolute best experience getting permanent jewelry from Twistlett. They have so many beautiful chains to pick from, and tons of charms to add to your personalized piece. I was allowed plenty of time to pick out what I wanted without feeling rushed, and the lovely owner really took her time making sure that my bracelet was the perfect size. This was really such a nice curated experience, and I would absolutely recommend Twistlett to anyone looking for something permanent!

I Love Twistlett! Every time I’ve been in the store they are always so kind and attentive! They have a great selection of merch and jewelry…and I LOVE my permanent bracelet. It’s SO beautiful! And I love that I get free fixes for a year - they are always so sweet every time I have to go in for a fix…no matter how many times I go!! Can’t wait to get more permanent jewelry!!

I would highly recommend visiting Twistlett. We had a wonderful experience each time we went into the store. We had our bracelet break and Behice was so incredibly kind and generous. I would go back in a heartbeat because of her! They have beautiful jewelry and gorgeous pieces for permanent jewelry as well. Wonderful owner and staff. A must-visit! Thank you so much!

Bought a beach bag from Behice two years ago with amazing custom painting of sea turtles. She custom makes them and they are one of a kind. Behice is also very friendly, has a good eye and taste in everything she chooses to display. Beautiful store from a talented local artist.

Behice helped my mom and myself. She was so sweet and helpful as soon as we walked in. Even offered a beverage when we were looking around. They have so many options with style of jewelry plus a huge selection of charms if you wanted to add. If it is during a slower time of day, you don't need an appointment and walk ins are welcomed.
