Today our new garage door from Right Way Garage Doors arrived. I must say, everybody in this company I had contact with made an awesome job.
The garage door is high value and the garage door opener is a technological miracle. It moves the door with very low noise, quick and save. It looks great from outside and inside. The installer worked hard and listened to my questions and answered them completely. He explained the garage door opener with all its features and left the garage super tidy. He even took some big card board pieces from other products which would have never fitted into my recycle bin without any extra costs. A very friendly and skilled guy.
But not only the installation went very good, the planning, the estimates, the office work and the sales person who came to our house upfront, they all helped me finding the right door at the budget I had - which was not too generous.
Another big surprise for me: from the order to the installed door it took them just 2 days. WOW!!!

I am exceptionally happy with my new garage door from Right Way Garage Doors, it looks fantastic. My old door was from 1927, made of thick wooden sections, and dangerously heavy. It was time for a change.
Ken Traxler was my on-site sales representative. I really enjoyed seeing the little samples of garage door in the back of his van. Together we selected what was best for me. Ken also measured everything, as there was nothing standard about my door size.
Andrew Torrez was my on-site installer. He was punctual, and actually had it done just under the 3 hour estimate. Ken's measurements were obviously solid, because everything fit like a glove.

We are very happy with our choices of door and how great it looks. Joshua Horton did the install. The install took about two hours to complete. We had a whew moment when we thought he may have to reschedule due to some shelving we have on the ceiling and a spacing issue but Joshua immediately called the office and worked with someone there and together they figured it out. The door is beautiful and the insulation should help keep the temperature a bit cooler in the summer. Joshua took his time showing us how to lubricate the wheels and explains the warranty. He cleaned all the trash up and was very pleasant to work with.

My husband and I have been wanting to replace the cheep garage door that came with the house with an insulated door. And we thought the existing door needed service. After reading the reviews and based on a friend’s recommendation we called Right Way Garage Doors. They sent Aiden out and we were fine with the fee for the service and then started talking about a replacement. Aiden answered all of our questions, provided a booklet based on what we wanted and gave us all the options available for cash payment or financing. He was very knowledgeable , polite and professional. He didn’t gave us the options for replacing the garage door opener or keeping the one we had, we chose to just replace the door for now. The hardest part of the entire process was agreeing on the windows in the door. Of course we didn’t choose a cheep door but it was well worth the cost to add the curb appeal to the front of the house, reduce the temperature in the garage with the insulates door and it’s made in the USA. Our door is special order so I we have to wait a minute, but will post completed photos when it’s done. I would recommend Right Way Garage Doors to anyone.

Unfortunately, my garage door broke unexpectedly on a weekend. I did some research and chose Right Way.Garage, as I thought I had used them before. I had not, but nevertheless, it was a good decision. I was able set up a quick appointment. On the day of service, Dean was attentive and listened to my concerns. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Although it was quite costly, at least more than I expected and wanted to pay, I am extremely happy with the service I received. Dean and his partner were very professional, provided quick and courteous service, education as to why the garage door broke, and preventative maintenance for the garage door. I am pleased with the outcome and will use this company in the future, if needed.
