I purchased undergarments that were "on sale," "stating buy 3, get 3 free." Come to find out you get a percentage or "nominal amount" of the "free" undergarment, which totalled $20 via my receipt. I spent $142.73. Adding fuel, the only "promo" on my receipt was $20 off $80 or more spent! My total should have been in the ballpark of $52 (one half the garment price in addition the $20 off spent over $80). I just went online as well and entered the undergarments in the shopping cart and the discount was automatically applied showing "free" for the 3 undergarments. Wow, what a scam and I live out of town, not wasting my time or gas going back. Unfortunately, on my end I was inundated with the "rewards" pitch and tapped my card, not realizing the proper discount was not applied; if proper business was handled from the beginning, this would not be my review. And yes, I did call and the cashier stated they do not have an amount to "refund" if the "free" undergarments are returned and I could come back to the store to "get a higher amount refunded," which makes no sense at all...First time, shame on SOMA, there will not be a second time. Horrible, Horrible shopping experience. Be very careful out there consumers.

This is going to be a really conflicting bra review. In July 2023 I purchased one of the very lightly underwire bras. I am a size 32H naturally, but the sister size they had me in was a 34 triple D it fit OK, it did not give me any double bubble, and it did not dig into my shoulders. That bra was a easy every day garment very comfortable, however, even when following washing instructions(minus a hand full of times when roomate was trying to be helpful), and not drying it, and doing it on gentle wash, after only 6 1/2 months, the wire has busted through. I did go in when it was on sale so I'm not terribly upset that my $40 bra only lasted seven months, however the longevity is reason enough I wouldn't pay full price to replace it.

The Vacaville Soma Outlet is so helpful, I recently went in for a fitting. Such a nice service to offer. Also when I order online and things don’t fit, they take items back and it makes the return process so much easier.
