So realized I wrote a review for PINK but wanted to write a review for VS specifically this location. I enjoy shopping at this location the managers and staff are great they mind their business let you shop. My only issue is the service. It is ridiculous that you can’t get any internet service in this store. How do I pull up my coupons and rewards sometimes I have coupons in my email and can’t pull them up or I want to order other items on my app in my cart and can’t because the internet service. And WIFI still won’t work. Other than that staff and customer service here is wonderful keep up the good work!!!

Victoria’s Secret is always a good choice to pamper yourself. I even like just going there and admiring the items that they have on display. The girls at the store are usually pretty nice and helpful. I have had only a negative experience with one girl who was not helpful at all. However, if there is a promotion you need to be careful and sometime asking for the items that are included in the promotion is needed. I could not say that it is intentionally, but it is just a little disappointing. Hopefully this has only happened to me 🙃

Victoria secret has really stepped up their customer service game. I had multiple returns to make and I try to be as organized as possible, but still, multiple returns can be taxing. The cashier was quick to assist, with a great attitude and actively called for register assistance to keep a line from forming behind me. She didn't make me feel like a bother or feel uncomfortable by having multiple transactions. I was very thankful for this level of service

My wife and daughter love it here. The prices are fine and the store is very well maintained aside from the holiday mess, which is expected.

Very disappointed experience. There weren't many workers so it was difficult to find what I was looking for, then when I was ready to pay the person who was taking care of me asked Brittney who came back probably from lunch or something to finish what she started, OMG 100% rude, she also did not give me my original receipt from an exchange that I made so I had to come back, for my surprise she was gone but this isn't all, she threw away the receipt, the other cashier after I explained everything she looked everywhere and finally found it in the trash can. I do believe more training is needed, customer service is the key specially when your goal is to bring customers to sell your expensive products.

Excited they were doing fittings when we went. We've been guestimating my daughter since COVID. They were super helpful and we were able to get her some actual bras that weren't sports bras. Great place as always.

Waited in line for well over 10 min with 1 cashier. A second steps up and they allow 2 people to jump me in line. Then argued and gave me excuses. Terrible service. Usually love victoria secrets will not be shopping at this one and will be sure to let others know.
